About this property

This first floor one bedroom 550 square foot apartment, located in an owner occupied two family home, offers a peaceful setting for all to be enjoyed in Nahant and the surrounding areas. This apartment offers a restful vacation home, retreat while on your business trip, an escape while visiting family in the area, or a longer term rental when needed. Sleep in a comfy queen size bed. Our kitchen is a cottage style kitchen with open shelves and an adjoining dining room. Open the back door off of the porch and smell the sea breeze. Enjoy walks on one of Nahant’s beaches or sit on the front or back porch and watch the sunset over the ocean. Bring your bike and take a ride up to Marblehead or around town. Travel into Boston on the commuter rail which is a 15-20 minute ride to North Station from Swampscott, or drive approximately 12 miles into any part of the city that you want to explore. Cook in or go explore the restaurants throughout the area. Fully equipped for your enjoyment and ease. No loud noise, parties or other disturbances please, so that all in this beach community can enjoy the beauty and peaceful surroundings. Parking for one car on street in front of the apartment. No smoking or pets allowed.

nice, quiet apartment

nice, quiet neighborhood, efficient, there is everything you need, -besides parking in front of the house, there is no free public parking for more than 2 hours on the island.

Cozy little beachfront couples getaway

This tiny beachfront cottage had beautiful modern decor with all the basic amenities: a stove, fridge, toaster, a comfy queen size bed, and a full bath with a standing shower. It perfectly suited our week long visit to Salem, but Nahant itself is very serene. Karen was an amazing host and made us feel so welcome! 5 stars!

Wonderful Visit

Karen was very attentive. She met us at the door for a walk through. She gave us recommendations for places to eat and visit. It was very cozy and comfortable.

I feel very lucky to have our home base in Nahant. This home is a two family. We live in our private upstairs apartment and enjoy welcoming guest to their own private apartment on the first floor. We enjoy meeting each guest that comes to stay in our rental apartment.
