• HUGE, comfortable patio/porch with great conversation seating and a dining table for 8, out there as well. Plenty of room out here for relaxing and looking at the sunset. The deck has two open, screened sides which offers more room and a great breeze.
• Smart TV’s in every bedroom for video on demand (you must have your own account). The bunk bed room has TV for kids as well.
• WiFi internet available and cable
• 30X12 dock space. Lock box at dock for you items overnight. Boat launch and trailer storage options close by.
• 3rd floor, walk-in unit with NO STEPS, walk right in from parking for ease with carrying your things in. Great for those with little ones, or older family members.
• New Weber BBQ grill
• Full size washer and dryer
• 2 pools in complex for your use
• Tennis courts, 4 pickle ball courts and playground area

Long Weekend in the Ozarks

Great space, location, and layout. Awesome deck to hang out on and enjoy the main channel view. Close by boat and car to many restaurants/bars and the slip was convenient and easy to get in and out of. Would definitely stay again!

The 3 season porch was fantastic. Our family ate, talked, played games and spent the majority of time there. The boat rentals provided by the owner was great! We loved our stay!

Amazing place to stay!

We had 6 adults and 1 child and the place was amazing! Big enough that we all weren’t on top of each other and close to the pool. The pool was great for my toddler and the boat slip had easy access. Over all a really enjoyable time!

Our family of 10 had a Great time in this condo. Sitting on the deck and enjoying the lake with our 2 grandchildren was very relaxing. The pool so close was an added bonus!

Awesome spacious condo with huge balcony overlooking lake

Nicely decorated and appointed with everything needed for our trip! We had an awesome time and especially loved the outdoor balcony on the lakefront! The condo complex was great as well with Pickle Ball courts and a fire pit that was nice since the weather was cooler while we were there.

Great Lake Vacation!

The condo was perfect for a family stay at the lake! The pool was great and tennis/pickle ball courts were a nice athletic start to the days. The condo was very clean and spacious. Communication with the host was excellent! Highly recommended!

Lovely spot on the Lake

The condo was very nicely furnished and very spacious. The kitchen felt older than the rest of the unit. Very convenient entry with no stairs. Two of the bedrooms had beautiful views of the lake as did the great, lovely, and very large covered and screened porch and the living areas. We had a lovely visit there with family.

This was our second time staying in this unit. We have zero complains. The place is clean, perfect for families, and it is equipped with everything you might need. Place is better than the pictures posted. The lake view is magical. Jim was great to work with. We highly recommend this place!

Fantastic stay!

Can't stress enough how pleased we were with our stay! The condo is beautiful, even better than the pictures. The screened-in balcony was great with plenty of room for everyone to lounge. The kids loved jumping in the lake off the swimming deck, fishing off the pier, and hanging out at the pool. Jim was wonderful to deal with - very prompt with communication throughout our visit. It is only about a 10 minute drive to Bagnell Dam and all the shops in the downtown area. We'd highly recommend staying here, and can't wait to visit again soon!

We love Regatta Bay. We liked the floor plan, and that you can walk in without any steps. The patio/deck is very large and can accommodate a lot of people (8-10) sitting out there.
