Modern 2000 sqft Condo with a Million Dollar Unobstructed Full Main Channel View

We have implemented additional cleaning steps since the Covid-19 outbreak. We are currently using Lysol products to disinfect bedspreads and commonly touched surfaces.

The condo has one of the best views of the main channel at the Lake of the Ozarks. You can click on Map above, select satellite, and use the +/- signs to zoom in and out to checkout the location and view for yourself. You should also checkout the great view of the lake's main channel when looking at our room photos. All interior and exterior carpeting was replaced in 2019. All bedding was replaced in 2019.

The entire north facing lakeside wall of this 2000 sq ft condo is practically made of glass providing absolutely stunning views of the main channel by day and by night.

The north facing lakeside balcony is very large at 55 feet long and 10 feet wide and cool and shaded for most of the day. There are six sliding glass doors, with sliding screens, between the lakeside balcony and the living room. There are three sliding glass doors, with sliding screens, between the lakeside balcony and each master suite. The balcony has two lawn chairs, dining seating for eight, barbecue pit, three overhead fans, and a firepit area with two sofas, loveseat, firepit and 55 inch flat panel TV. The balcony faces north so the area is cool and shaded throughout the day.

The condo has two large master bedrooms/suites which each can sleep four and have a large walk-in closet. Each suite has a full bath with jetted tub, large shower, double sink, and commode. Each suite has a 40 inch flat panel TV with independently controlled cable, DVD, and VCR. Each suite also has two sitting chairs.
The west side master suite has a queen size bed and a pullout sofa, which converts to a full size bed. The east side master suite has a queen size bed and a trundle bed, which can be setup as a king size bed or two separate twin size beds.

The third bedroom has a large double closet, window, bathroom with sink, shower and commode. The bathroom has two locking doors and is shared with condo guests. The bedroom has an entertainment center with 32 inch flat panel TV, independently controlled cable, DVD, and VCR. The bedroom has a trundle bed which can be setup as a king size bed, a single twin size bed, or as two separate twin size beds.

The condo has a large modern kitchen, which offers a glass cook top, double sink, large refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, large wall microwave and oven, and a trash compactor. The kitchen also has a window side table for dining or setting up your laptop accessing the condo’s free high speed wireless internet. The condo has all the premium cookware and glassware needed for your dining and entertaining needs.

The living room has a love seat, sofa, recliner, stone top coffee table and end tables, stone top side table, fireplace, and lighted magazine table. The living room also has a 60 inch flat panel TV with independent cable, surround sound, DVD, and VCR.

The condo has an elegant dining area with seating for six. The adjacent kitchen area has counter top seating for three.

The condo has a full size laundry room with a large window, large electric washer and dryer, and room to fold and hang clothing. The laundry offers a large rack and floor space for storing supplies and also has a foldable drying rack for drying towels and swimsuits.

The only rooms in the unit without a beautiful view of the lake are the third bedroom, laundry room, and bathrooms. The unit has ironing facilities and a wet and a dry vacuum.

The condo can be setup to have 7 separate beds and can sleep a maximum of 10 people.

In addition to the Damage Insurance Fee, The renter will be responsible for damage to the condo in excess of insured amount.


Complex information and Amenities:

Complex is located at Lake Ozark in the Horseshoe Bend area at the end of Carol Road off of Horseshoe Bend Parkway, Highway HH.
The complex is located at the two mile marker, two miles from Bagnell Dam by water.
The complex offers two outdoor pools, boat docks, play ground, and tennis court.
One covered designated parking spot is provided on the second level of the garage, with additional guest parking on the top of the parking garage.
Boat slips can be rented for $45.00/night and Jet Ski slips can be rented for $15.00/night at the complex. Request slips when booking.
There is no boat launch or trailer parking at the complex., but both are available at Point Randel Resort and Glencove Marina both less than 1 mile away from condo.
