Perfectly located. Check in/check out process smooth. Appreciate the laundry soap / softener and enough paper products for the week. Beds were comfortable. Bedrooms were warm but once we figured out there was separate thermostat for the bedrooms, a comfortable sleep was had by all. We would definately stay here again.

Fabulously relaxing!

Amazing house- private, quiet and the pool is just perfect! You cannot beat the service of Brad and the Relax Palm Springs group! We will definitely stay again!

Amazing oasis!

We loved this stay! Easy property management- great communication and super simple to access. Super clean and well stocked. It’s a quiet space, but it was perfect for our family vacation! The pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing, and it’s minutes from downtown; we will be back for sure!

House was good but disappointed with city rules regarding no music outside by the pool. We enjoy soft music while barbecuing and enjoying a glass of wine by the pool. Takes away from a vacation.

Good morning. I'm glad you had a great and enjoyed the house. I wish the city wouldn't have cost me a star in the rating as the rules aren't anything we can do anything about but I believe it would have been 5 stars if the city wasn't evaluated in our rating :)

Wonderful Experience

Birthday Getaway

This property is absolutely wonderful. It was the perfect place to unplug and celebrate my husband's birthday before the holiday craziness hits. We had one mishap but the property management response was immediate and they handled everything promptly. This place and the management team is top notch.

Great Experience

From the reservation to the check out this was an excellent experience. The house is so much larger than the pics look. So pleasantly surprised! Super clean space! Craig was amazing to work with. Super friendly and even let us check out a little later so we could get more time with a friend who was leaving the state for good. Just an overall wonderful trip! Will definitely come back!

Spacious oasi!

Our group had a wonderful stay at this home. It is so spacious with all the amenities you could want. The rooms are situated away from the main living space which was a plus for putting our daughter down for quiet naps. The pool was clean, warm, and even better in person. The horseshoe shaped back patio felt very private and guarded against any wind. Five stars also go to the property manager, Brad. We were welcomed like family; it was the best experience I’ve ever had checking into a vacation home.

Perfect for family

Spacious home in beautiful neighborhood! Close to everything. Fun backyard with pool and hot tub at the perfect temperature! Our grandson loved the putting green (and so did the adults). Wonderful surprise- the orange and lemon trees! Decor could use a little updating, but otherwise it was perfect! The beds were very comfy and the layout of the four bedrooms is ideal. We will return!

5 Star Stay

The house is exactly how it looks. No surprises! The management company was available at all times and very helpful with the pool and spa. Highly recommend you upgrade to a heated pool. Even during less-than-sunny weather, the pool and spa were always ready for a relaxing time. When they say heated, it is warm. Location is excellent to downtown and easy access to expressway.

House, including kitchen and pool area, was terrific. Unfortunately the location was extremely windy compared to areas closer to the mountains, and we were in the direct flight path of planes flying in and out of the airport which was troubling.

Thanksgiving Getaway

This is a beautiful home filled with great amenities. Both the interior and exterior were extremely clean and well taken care of. The only reason I gave this home 3 stars for location is due to the home being on the flight path of Palm Springs airport. The constant plane noise (5:30am - mid evening) was not easy to adjust to. The large number of planes landing and taking off may have been due to it being Thanksgiving week. I would definitely recommend the management company, Relax Palm Springs. They were super responsive and easy to work with. Overall we enjoyed our getaway.

Vista Norte Vacation House

This home was in excellent condition and the property manager was prompt with answers to all our questions/needs. The house was very spacious and each room had its own private bathroom which my family enjoyed. The pool was also perfect for our girls (11 and 6). The only downside to this property was the strict rules that were not known until we booked. We understood the Covid19 restrictions but the zero tolerance on outdoor noise/music made it not as fun for our young family. No music aloud at all in the backyard. We loved the house but to make have a no music policy was a big bummer and less vacation feel while spending the majority of out time in the pool.

Wonderful House

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was spacious, the pool and jacuzzi were great. We had one issue with the freezer not getting cold enough but our wonderful host Brad took care of it by having another complete refrigerator delivered and put in the garage to use for the rest of our stay. My only negative comment would be the furniture is not that comfortable in the main room where everyone gathers and the beds are a little too high. (My mom is 90 and we had to make sure she got up and down without getting hurt, they did however have stools to accommodate) Our host Brad was wonderful and very responsive. Had a great time!

Golfers Retreat

Since we are older we used the house to it's full extent, we cooked all our meals and just relaxed after playing golf everyday. The location is perfect for getting to and from the airport and we actually played south and it took no more than a half an hour to get to the various courses. You have a hidden gem there, and Brad was extremely responsive to any questions or concerns we had. You run a very professional operation.
