9 East Park is a charming and convenient cabin perfectly located within walking distance to the Village Mall with all it’s fun shops, eateries and the Sunriver Country Store. Swing over to Sunriver Brewery for an award-winning craft brew or visit Goody’s on a hot day and cool off with a scoop of fresh ice cream. Whatever your desired treat is, you will be sure to find it in Sunriver!

This home is perfect for the entire family, including your four-legged friend. Situated on a quiet lot, the cabin provides easy access to paved biking and walking paths for exploring the area.

The home is layered in a way that allows for privacy with two bedrooms and one bath located on the upper level, one bedroom with a king bed and second with two sets of bunks, and a queen bedroom located on the ground level along with a second bath. Also on the ground level is a small TV nook with futon, which is the perfect spot for kids or teens to have some space of their own. The living room area has a free-standing fireplace where one can enjoy a warm fire after a long day of skiing or playing in the snow. Also included for everyone’s entertainment is a large flat screen TV, perfect for a late movie or the big game. The kitchen and dining room are open to the living room so everyone can join in the fun. The enclosed deck area is great for both kids and pets!

Christmas in Polehouse 28

My wife,daughter and 2 dogs stayed here from Christmas Eve to New Year’s Eve and had a wonderful time. The property was clean and cozy for all of us. The weather was a bit warm for skiing but we enjoyed the skating rink in Sunriver Village and the pool at the SHARC. My only suggestion is to add a rug inside the main entry. Our shoes, boots and dog paws were wet from the slushy conditions outside! Thanks for a relaxing place to wind down 2022.

Sunriver visit over Memorial Day

We enjoyed our long holiday weekend in Sunriver, and we were happy with the property. It was roomy (for 5), in a great location, fully functional, and as-described in the property write-up. We appreciated that it was pet-friendly, as we brought out golden retriever along. The bathrooms could use some updating, but they were clean and functional. And the kids loved that it came with SHARC passes. We would definitely consider staying again, if we are heading back to the Sunriver area. Thank you!

Enjoyed the stay!!

Our stay was very pleasant, very clean, pet friendly, great location and an easy walk to the village. We really enjoyed ourselves, just perfect for our family. Our 2 year old grandson really enjoyed the indoor pool , and the walking paths to use his Strider bike on.

A fraction of the cost of Tahoe, Mammoth etc. less crowded, nicer place. Definitely be back.

Comfortable and cozy winter stay

We really enjoyed our winter break at this home - it had plenty of space for a group of 8 - 2 families with 2 teens each. The fireplace was our favorite part - there was plenty of wood - and we enjoyed access to the path and proximity to the village. We used the Sharc passes and found everything we needed in the kitchen except a cutting board and sharp knives (there were lots but they were dull). We had a maintenance issue on day one with one of the heaters and wanted more towels - Village immediately sent out super friendly staff to solve both. The property was very clean and organized. We also appreciated the futon room which we used to store all our wet boots and ski gear out of the way. We would stay here again - highly recommend.
