Je recommande vivement cette location, pour sa localisation par rapport aux principaux sites touristiques de la région. Elle est aussi confortable, bien agencée, bien équipée et décorée. Le seul petit bémol concerne la proximité d'une route moyennement passante, qui peut occasionner une gêne lorsqu' on doit ouvrir les fenêtres.

This rental, for us, is a way to validate a family property. We fitted it with the image of our own holidays in the back of our heads. We often went there with friends or family, but we enjoy our independence. Thanks to its organisation and fittings, this house combines collectiveness with independence.

Why they chose this property

The rental is situated in one of the most attractive villages of the Ardèche region. You will stay in the heart of nature reserve The Ardèche Gorges and a few kilometres away from the Chauvet Cave. The family-oriented house is perfectly suitable for happy holidays.

What makes this property unique

Gîte de Léoli is located in a 3,000-sq.m park, offering a view of the forest. The place, situated 200 metres away from town centre, is a peaceful and safe location. The courtyard is fenced. The park has a games area for badminton and football... and an illuminated green for a game of bowls. There is a fitted-out dining and barbecue area, not too far away from the swimming pool and its beach. The garage allows for parking both bicycles and motorcycles. The Gîte is licensed as a baby gîte, cyclist gîte, biker gîte, hiker gîte, and so on, by Gîtes de France.
