Wonderful location on an incredible lake. 2 minutes down the road from 36 holes of quality golf. My only complaint is the property needs a little bit more TLC as far as landscaping and cleaning goes. You can tell it’s basically only a quick cleaning crew there before new guests arrive.Overall an incredible place to stay. We were very thankful.

Needs a deep clean

This is a great location with exceptional views and enough space to spread out. However the house and grounds are in disrepair. Window screens hanging off, rusted out fire pit and grill just sitting around, busted ceiling fan laying on deck, flies and bugs on the window sills etc. A couple of hours spent just picking up and sprucing up would change my review.

This is the 2nd year we've stayed at this house, so you know we loved it. Great place with a great view. We'll be back next year

Great location/view just needs TLC

House must have been so beautiful when people lived there. It really misses the TLC. The view was great but through dirty windows. Dishwasher was broke so doing dishes by hand for 8 was a challenges with their supply low. They don't have pots and pans to make a meal so be sure to bring some if your plan to eat in. We had a lot of fun there. Great location. Just sad the house is not taken car of.

Cousins Get Away

I decided that I would get together with my cousins and rent. I could not have been more pleased. The views were amazing. The unit was stocked with towels, pots and pans, two types of coffee makers and more! We are talking about doing it again when the weather warms up!

Excellent house. Great trip.

Wilson Dam Water Retreat was great!

The house was very spacious! The kitchen is well equipped with pots, pans, and utensils for cooking. The beds were super comfortable! Our favorite part of the stay was the pier with the diving board and shaded sitting area. Adults enjoyed the view while the grandkids jumped from the pier. One family member went just a few minutes to the RTJ golf course to play in the mornings. Super place and super host! Hope to come back next year!

The property was amazing for a large group of people , many areas to get away from others whe needing some space , great for kids and adults alike . Dock was nice for hanging out with a sunning and shady area

Amazing House!!

The view at this house is breathtaking!! The property owner was very responsive and able to answer my questions. During our Christmas stay, the house was even decorated! Decorations were absolutely stunning! This place has everything you need for a wonderful stay.

Beautiful and Large House

This house had breathtaking views. It was a beautiful house with enough space for everyone in our party to relax or snjoy our time together. The property manager was prompt in replies. The house could use some deep cleaning but smelled clean. Id definitely rent here again.

High School National Bass Tournamnet

Home was located 20 min easy drive to the landing. Had truck and trailer for one maybe two bass rigs. View was amazing. The wives and kids that stayed back utilized the boat house for swimming and taning. Could have been a little cleaner but still a great stay.

Nice but needs some updates and cleaning

This was a very nice house and great property, great for a large group! Overall, it needs some cleaning and TLC. We would recommend bringing most anything you need including kitchen supplies and utensils/trash bags/dishwasher detergent/dish soap/cleaning spray/etc. as many things were missing or quite dirty. The dock was awesome, but again, covered in spiders and could just use a good pressure washing.

Nice but neglected

Our friends and family enjoyed our time together on Wilson Lake. We loved hanging out on the boat dock during the day and making fires at night. Unfortunately, the house was dirty and neglected. There were cobwebs inside the house, crumbles of food in the kitchen drawers, dirt on the bathroom floors, and the carpets had stains on them. The dishwasher was falling out, the electricity on the dock wasn’t working, bathtubs were clogged, and there was a cracked window in the front of the house.

Needs detail work

Range hood very greasy. No hangers! Front door handle came off in my hand. Spray at kitchen sink leaked. Keurig dirty. Windows have paint overseas. House manager had most items fixed next day. Very responsive. House needs an owner walk through.

While the view and location are perfect, the home is in serious disrepair and was not clean.

I struggled with this review, as I know a negative review can have a big impact on the home owner. Unfortunately, I can't in good conscience give this home a good review. The lake side of the home has settled considerably, which doesn't allow for windows to close, leaves a drop in the floor, cracks down the walls. Many of the windows have broken seals spoiling the view. Most windows were very dirty. Showers were dirty and some moldy. The home is in great need of some major upkeep. It is so unfortunate as this could be an ideal location and home. Raffi was responsive on the phone, but unable to address any of the concerns.
