This is a lovely apartment in an excellent area of north Belfast. The apartment is approved by the Northern Ireland Tourist Board and is in a small and pretty block of apartments in a gated complex. With views of the stunning Cavehill and set in landscaped surroundings, a city break in this apartment will seem like a country retreat. A set of outside steps bring you to the entrance of the apartment, so no lifts or communal areas to negotiate. The apartment has a secure car parking space and is a 5 minute walk from the historic Belfast Castle and Cavehill Country Park. There are shops and cafe's on your doorstep. The apartment appears to be in a quiet and secluded area but is actually a one minute walk from a main bus route. Buses are very frequent and take around 15 minutes to the centre of Belfast City. The apartment is furnished with all you need to make your stay in Belfast comfortable and convenient. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom with an over bath shower. The kitchen is especially well equipped, with all you need to cook a snack or dinner. There is a full size dining table and a comfortable lounge area with excellent broadband.

I am recently retired after teaching history for 30 years. I live close to my rental property and remain very interested and informed about cultural events in the North of Ireland. I am a Mum of teenage twins who keep me up to date with all that’s happening for young people in the City.
Why they chose this property
This property has the best of both worlds, country living in the city and near to my favourite places in Belfast, including Belfast Castle. I love the stunning views of Cavehill and looking down to the Docks I am reminded of Belfast’s industrial heritage.
What makes this property unique
The apartment is quiet and tranquil after a busy day sightseeing or a night out enjoying Belfast’s great pubs and restaurants.
