Brand New Listing! Beautifully decorated and Sparkling clean modern new house. Located only 6 minutes to downtown and 3 minutes to 5 Points East Nashville.
You must see this stunning new home that sleeps up to 4 people in two bedrooms located at each end of the home for greater privacy. Master bedroom has a king bed and front bedroom has a queen. I have white noise sleep machines in both bedrooms for a deep restful nights sleep . You will immediately feel at home in this spacious home comfortable getaway. With an open concept floor plan and beautiful kitchen/dining space, you will have the ultimate haven to recharge after a long day out and about exploring Music City. You will be happy you chose to stay at The East Nashville Getaway!

This house was perfect for a girls getaway. It has been beautifully renovated, and everything is new and extremely clean. I stayed in the bedroom at the front of the home and it was wonderful to have my own bathroom and the beds were so comfortable!

Wendy’s place was amazing. It was comfortable, clean, and beautifully designed. Perfect location for access to East Nash eateries, venues, and just a short drive to downtown. Uber rides to downtown were pretty cheap as well like 15 if I remember right. We don’t live by a railroad track, or in the city for that matter so for most people this probably wont be a thing, but the train runs pretty close to the property. That said I would absolutely book this place again and got used to the trains by the second day. A sound screen is thoughtfully provided for us light sleepers. So far it was one of our favorite vacation rentals over about 25-30 stays out of town. Top 5 for sure!

We did not actually get to stay there when we booked because the ice storm hit in Nashville and there was no electricity. However, the communication with VRBO hostess was absolutely amazing. We cannot wait to book a stay there. She was so kind and helpful every step of the way and kept communicating so that we knew what was going on.

Perfect location for us while visiting family. Close to all. Cozy home on a quiet street. King size bed was very comfortable and home had all we needed. I was concerned when booking to see that a train runs behind the house but was pleasantly surprised… it was NEVER a problem! Same with firehouse on corner. To top it off, the host Wendy was thoughtful and kind and a great communicator. Hope to book again!

We feel it should be revealed in the description that there is a train going by within 50 yards of the back porch 4 to 6 times day and night. Could use more cooking pans,there is only 1 6-8 inch pan. The mattress in the front bedroom should be replaced it bows in the center..very bad. Parking was on an steep incline for people with walking difficulties would not be able to use this VRBO.Accurate description:updated ,clean,and quiet( except for the train)

Sorry about the issues. I have noise cancelling machines in each bedroom to block out any distraction. I will definitely get a new mattress this week. Appreciate you letting me know. Also did not know there was only one small pan and will add to that this week as well. Hope you will come back in the future.
