***NICE OCEAN VIEWS FROM LANAI AND LIVING ROOM* GREAT LOCATION***

YOU'LL LOVE THIS CONDO AND THE VIEWS FROM THE LANAI!
The kitchen is brand new with new cabinets, 5 burner gas stove, microwave and refrigerator and granite counter tops and a nice dining table. The floor plan is divided into a living room area and a sleeping area. The living room area is appointed with a new couch and coffee tables and a 55" Samsung TV. The bedroom area has a brand new Cal King memory foam bed, 2 night stands and a brand new dresser. the bathroom was updated a couple of years ago with a tub/shower and a nice vanity with a single sink. The windows and sliding doors are brand new with dual pane glass. The screened lanai has wonderful partial ocean views. The unit has an assigned parking space.

Kona Shores is a low rise complex with only 2 floors in each building. This unit is on the second level and there isn't an elevator.
There are very few ocean view units in the complex and when this unit became available we had to buy it. The pool is right beside the ocean and the views are awesome. Town is an easy 20 minute walk on Oceanside Alii Drive. Honl's Beach is an easy 1/2 mile walk and the famous Magic Sands Beach is 2 miles from the complex.

We put quality improvements in to our units and we pride ourselves in providing our guests with affordable top notch accommodations. YOU WILLLOVE IT!

Kona Trip

We enjoyed our 1st trip to Hawaii. As we explored the entire island, we easily drove to the volcano, Acaca falls, and black sand beach from our condo. We appreciated the snorkel gear along with the beach chairs, cooler, and umbrella for our beach days. Having a fully stocked kitchen w/ pots, coffee maker, stove and fridge helped with food expenses. Loved drinking our morning coffee and evening tea out on the lanai. The bed was comfortable too. Mahalo!

Great Condo

This was a great property in a nice location. It was exactly as listed and it was well equipped to enjoy your Big Island stay. We would definitely recommend this condo and would stay here again.

Perfect choice for us

We love the location and the unit. Close to everything but a very chill complex. Really nice to have assigned parking space. Great to be able to walk next door to Green Flash to grab breakfast and enjoy it on the lanai. Loved that a cooler and ice packs in the freezer were provided as well as enough toilet paper and paper towels for our stay so we didn’t have to go buy those supplies. Basically we love everything about this rental and plan to stay here again in the future.

Nice, Centrally located in Kona

Nice place with a lot of good amenities. Full kitchen with everything you could need and then some. Close to town but just far enough away to feel like you could relax.

Very nice condo.

We were very happy staying at this condo. It's well stocked with nice dishes and pans to cook with. We took full advantage of the boogie boards, beach chairs, coolers, ice packs, a beach umbrella and snorkeling gear provided. The condo grounds are clean and amazingly quiet.

Great kona location

Wonderful place to base out of in Kona. This comfortable condo has amazing views and is central to all things Kona. Easy to bike or walk from and it has a parking space for the car. Everyone in the complex is super kind. There is a mini library, laundry, ocean access for taking in the incredible sunsets. The kitchen is well stocked. Check in and check out were a breeze. Would definitely come back next time we are on the big island!

We enjoyed our stay in this clean updated unit! The assigned parking is convenient, the unit is well equipped and has a good location.We would have a given a five star review except for the fact that the building is not very sound proof and the communal barbecue is not gas powered and requires briquettes.

Perfect for us

One of the best places we have ever stayed! The kitchen was well equipped. The living/television room comfortable. The king bed a plus. The balcony view inviting. The pool refreshing, and it was relaxing listening to the waves. The one thing is, we wished there was a sandy beach at the property. There are sandy beaches nearby. Communication with the owners Doug and Evie was excellent, and prompt.

Kona trip

Had a great experience with the owners of the condo. They always responded to all inquiries quickly. It was a central location to dinning, shopping and local beaches. The AC was a must and it worked great. Would not hesitate to recommend or use in the future.
