Great location in the Heart of Carolina Forest

Get away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Myrtle Beach and get to know the quite side. This Condo is perfect for your family or golf foursome. Located in Fairways at River Oaks, this unit will sleep 8 with a King Bed and full bath and walk in closet in the Master. Twin Beds in Bedroom 2 and a Queen in Bedroom 3 and sleeper sofa in the living area. The Full Bath adjacent to the 2 guest bedrooms also contains the full size Washer and Dryer. You will also find a kitchen that has granite counter tops. This kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, plates, and cups. So whether you decide to stay in and cook, go to one of the grills located in the community or go to one of the thousands of restaurants in the area you will have everything you need.

The condo has a perfect centralized location for access to any of the Grand Strands top golf courses, easy access to 17, 501, and 31, and less than 10 minutes from the beach. No matter where you want to spend time this condo will be the perfect location for you.

~~Motorcycles, trailers and golf carts are not permitted on the grounds~~

The housekeeping fee includes departure cleaning service and linens, including towels, washcloths, hand towels, and bath mats. Any stained, non-washable, ruined linen will be subject to additional charges. Our linen is NOT to be used to remove makeup or clean up messes. However, guests will need to bring additional supplies, such as toilet paper and paper towels, as only a starter roll is provided.

House parties and Groups: House parties and groups with members under the age of 25 are prohibited. We do not rent to non-family groups unless ALL members of the group are 25 years of age or older. Any misrepresentation by groups of their age will not qualify for refunds.

Not clean. There was a few roaches, dingy wash cloths, dirty oven, mold on the shower curtain.

It was easy to book but the unit was not in good condition.

My family traveled to Myrtle Beach for a basketball tournament. This property is very spacious and located minutes from all attractions and Beach. I had a few minor issues which the property manager responded very quickly. My would definitely stay here again.

The property was nice. The air conditioner went out one day (but we weren’t home all day so not too bad) but once I called the property manager he was able to get the maintenance guy out the same night. I believe he came within an hour or so to fix it. Great customer service on all ends.

Family Fun

We had a great time relaxing and swimming in the pool and hot tub. Drove ten minutes to the beach several days and enjoyed the sun and sand. Overall wonderful time! Only drawback was kitchen supplies, need more silverware/pots and pans. That’s an easy fix. Nothing better than making memories with family! Thanks for the hospitality!

Home away from home.

I really enjoyed my unit. Only downfall was the pots and pans. I had to go out and purchase some from Walmart. For this home to be be able to hold adequate amount of ppl. Pots and pans should accommodate that as well. Master bed was way to soft...had my back hurting. But that's my preference. Units were nice and large. Clean. Great location. No complaints there. Will try and book again for next spring. 😊

Labor Day Vacation at Myrtle Beach!

Excellent property even with a last minute booking! We arrived very late Friday about midnight, the check in process was a breeze. Able to locate our lockbox and enter the property with no issues. Conveniently located near the beach and all the attractions of Myrtle Beach!

Door in front of laudry kept falling off track and bruised leg. Called when first arrived and we were there 6 nights and no one ever showed to fix. Deposit was not refunded. Said couch had smell and a spot on it. Sent in pictures where first arrived and showed spot on couch and door.
