The house has a *4-SEAT lithium battery-operated Golf Cart*, full kitchen, grill, outdoor shower, patio dining area, indoor & outdoor games, and beach gear to make for an easy and enjoyable vacation! Located just a short drive to MYR airport, golf courses, mini golf courses, restaurants, shopping, and more!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Park the golf cart in the garage and plug the extension cord into the golf cart to charge it.
Rinse off any beach items and golf cart outside using the hose in the garage. Put the beach items back to their area in the garage.
We understand accidents happen! Please check the house completely upon departure and report any problems, damage, broken items, stains, and/or maintenance issues to Owners by phone and/or email.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
All golf cart operators must have a valid driver’s license and must be at least 16 years of age.
Oceanside Village does not allow street parking. If extra parking is needed, overflow parking is available upon request and a pass will be provided.

This was one of the best VRBO homes that we have stayed in. It is tastefully decorated, immaculate and very comfortable. It does feel like a home away from home. A ton of thought was put into this home because it has just about anything you would want or need for infants thru senior citizens. The new golf cart was fun to use. The newly finished community pool is amazing for all ages. A quiet neighborhood with easy access to restaurants and attractions.

Property was in a nice gated community, centrally located to everything(beach, food stores, entertainment). Community was quiet. Appreciated the use of the golf cart however it could use a bit of maintenance. The powered lock for the front door lost power, there was a house key provided for use. House was very clean and had a very good supply of items for use in the kitchen. Would recommend this house for anyone wanting to get away and relax.

The Host are excellent and the home is perfect. We had 3 couples on our stay. The location is in a quiet safe and friendly gated community. The Host were very very fast to respond to any questions. Check in at the guard shack (gate) took about 30sec. I will definitely be booking with again.

We spent a month in this beautiful home in OSV. Kylie was a perfect hostess and was quick to reply to my texts. The home has everything that you would need except for an iron so we bought a small one for our use. Having the use of the golf cart made going to the beach and pool so much fun. My husband and loved this house and location. The host provided so much for our stay. High end appliances were a plus; although I didn't cook much. Golf cart was a bonus. The master bed was so comfortable. Our only negative was the living room sofa was not that comfortable; but it would not keep us from booking again. Kiley was wonderful to work with. This beach house is located in the gated community of Oceanside Village. Outside of the amenities of the beach house itself, the amenities of the community are also available to guests. The location of our beach house is 0.5 mi from the main Business Hwy 17 which offers a wide selection of grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations, salons, beach shops, water parks, mini golf courses, 3-par golf course, state parks, and emergency/medical offices.
