modern house very sunny and bright: sitting in the living room we believe in boat because by the bay we only see the sea and Brest in the background: a treat
and everywhere as well at the sink, at the table, in the office, what do we see? the sea boats ...
upstairs you have the great room to live with the sun that comes in all day and in winter with the underfloor heating it's like in the West Indies: it is very good: normal we are in the West Indies in Guadeloupe when we are not in the house

other rooms separated by a shared bathroom
1 Wc and the laundry room with access to the car port even the car has the right to the sea view ...
