The cabana includes a five seat bar with Scottsman ice machine, stainless steel slide top bar refrigerator, sink, and a new four burner Weber grill with side burner for pots. Also in the cabana is a great room, play loft, two outdoor showers with Wondershower fixtures, bathroom, and a second LG high-efficiency washer/dryer for towels. New Peloton bike in cabana overlooking pool for “rides.” Nanny suite above the carriage house features a king bed and 40 inch flat screen TV. Near the cabana is gas fire pit to take the edge off the evening breezes surrounded by Adirondack chairs. Along with the pool and cabana, there's a large, flat and green grassy yard for young and old to enjoy. The back yard is fenced. The entire property is very private with mature privet hedges and trees as well as hydrangeas everywhere you look.

Central air conditioning throughout plus three high-end and totally silent Haiku ceiling fans keep your family cool. The study off the living room comes in handy for those times on vacation when you need to make a conference call or just a moment away. The study has a desk, highest speed wi-fi and ink jet printer. There's also a game table for puzzles or cards and a deck overlooking the pool. Four wifi extenders provide internet coverage across the entire property. Sonos sound system with 22 speakers in house, decks and cabana allows music for every occasion.

In addition to the double outdoor shower in the cabana, there is a private outdoor Master shower grotto with Speakman sprayers accessed directly from the Master bath. That same deck holds two chaise lounges in a very private side yard for escape and relaxation. The Master bath has Waterworks fixtures in the sink and shower and white marble.

Of course for rainy days, there are seven large flat screen Samsung HD TVs with Netflix, Hulu and Apple TV. The loft in the house is equipped with an Xbox One, a day bed and trundle. The loft in the cabana has two single mattresses for sleeping or getting away and reading a book.

Ocean views from the upper living floor. You can hear the ocean at night in all four spacious bedrooms. The gardens bloom throughout the summer with hundreds of blue hydrangea, climbing roses and decorative grasses.

Six mahogany outdoor decks and covered porches offer a great place to relax in the ocean breeze and grill your steak from Bartlett's Farm. Star-gazing at night is amazing with clarity like no place else. Easy bike, walk or drive to town and close to Surfside bus stop.

Saturday to Saturday rentals in prime season. Multi-week rentals will be given priority. Shorter stays in fall permitted.
