Nantucket born, son of an innkeeper and a commercial tuna fisherman. Banker by trade, hospitality enthusiast by nature. Have taken pride in accommodating visitors to the island since I was old enough to welcome them, and always enjoy helping others enjoy this magical island.
Why they chose this property
Beach Break is the perfect combination of location, amenities and privacy. The half acre property is within a short walk to the nationally acclaimed south-shore beaches of Surfside, and conveniently located on public transit and bike paths for easy access to Cisco Brewers, Miacomet Golf Course, Mid Island amenities or historic downtown Nantucket. It will be tempting to stay put however as the brand new construction, ample living space, pool, fire pit and all other amenities expected of such a property will tempt you to hang out pool-side all day and fire-side all night. Other features include mesh-integrated gig+ wifi coverage, Sonos sound system and six smart HD TVs.
