Condo includes 2 parking places in secured, gated garage. The condo is directly off the garage elevator, located on a private and quite end of the courtyard.

There is an elevator from the parking garage to the courtyard area. This condo does not meet handicap accessibility requirements. The main living area and second bedroom is handicap accessible.
