Courtyard at Avila is a favorite among guests! Located in the heart of Avila Beach and steps to warm white sands. Courtyard at Avila showcases award winning architecture with lovely hillside views. Private patio area within gated courtyard. Just steps to restaurants, golf course, bike path, etc. All the benefits of beach life steps from your front boarding, kayaking, jet skiing, boating. Condo includes 2 parking places in secured, gated garage. The two-story condo is located on a private and quite end of the courtyard.

There is an elevator from the parking garage to the courtyard area. This condo does not meet handicap accessibility requirements. The main living area, bathroom and second bedroom are handicap accessible. Please reference the photos to determine suitability and ease of mobility.

The condo has three private sleeping rooms: The master suite(king bed) with ensuite bathroom; bedroom 2 (queen bed); living room has a queen sleeper sofa; and the loft area has a queen bed, 2 twins and 1 twin sleeper sofa. Total beds is 7. Sleeps 11 guests. 2 bathrooms downstairs. There is dining for 12 guests (dining table 6 + outdoor table 4 + bar stools 2). For additional inside dining there is a banquet table + folding chairs.

Great condo and location is amazing

A family member was coming down the stair with sandals on and carrying something in one hand. Steps are too slippery and caused her to fall. Only one request is that the stair case should have some kind of grip material put on them.

My kids loved that we could head down for time in the sand over and over again. The condo itself is also adorably decorated and very comfortable. I love the loft, which is huge. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was larger than I expected and well-stocked with necessities. I loved hanging out on the balcony in the back as well as the nice sitting area outside the front door. Overall, a gorgeous property and we will be back!

The place was well kept and nice. Had all accommodations with coffee pots, silverware, plates, towels. Seven sisters was easy to work with when checking in and out. They were in communications all times making it possible to check in early if needed. I highly recommend staying at Beach Happy.
