About this property

Renovated apartment with a terrace and views of the sea and mountains. Just a stone's throw from the beach

The residence is quiet and close to all amenities, everything is within walking distance
 (shops, beaches, excursions ...)

Our apartment renovated in February 2018 has a beautiful living room {living / dining room} equipped with a sofa bed (140/190) and a closet, opening onto a small terrace (table + chairs) with sea view -Mountain. It also includes a large bedroom with a double bed (160/190), and a large closet (storage + wardrobe), an umbrella for cradle is available on request. The bedroom is decorated with a large picture window that also offers mountain views.

A kitchen (washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, Nesspresso, toaster, fridge), and a bathroom with WC is at your disposal (redone in February 2018). )

Main equipment: TV, iron, ceiling fan and one on foot, vacuum cleaner.

Possibility to rent linens (sheets, towels): 25 € / 2 people.

The apartment has a parking space.

The apartment is quite close to Calvi beach and town center so it is very easy to move around the city without having to use a car. Nevertheless, we didn’t appreciate the comunication with the host: she was not clear on some rules and we found her attitude quite rude. Such a pity.

Merci pour votre commentaire. Toutes les informations sur le départ sont notés sur l’annonce: notamment sur les poubelles à vider, le lave vaisselle à vider et la vaisselle à ranger. Malheureusement, je ne pense pas utile de noter: ne pas laisser des bouteilles et des emballages ou essui main usagés dans les différentes pièces, des miettes et du chocolat dans les lits, sur les chaises et rideaux … je considère que c’est du respect pour la personne qui fait le ménage même si vous avez prix le forfait ménage. J’ai pu vous demandez plusieurs fois si vous souhaitiez la location du linge… et ça aussi ce fut du dernière minute , comme votre horaire d’arrivée. C’est dommage. Bonne soirée

Appartement très propre et bien équipé. Accueil parfait. Juste un petit bémol ... Certe le balcon donne sur une vue mer et montagne mais également sur un garage réparations et montages pneus. Un peu bruyant par moment.

Situé à 2 mn de la plage 2 mn de super U et 5 mn du centre ville , très bien aménagé rien ne manque. Appartement bien decoré de l espace pour 2.vue mer et montagne. Séjour top. Accueil sympa et chaleureux. Parking dans la propriété. En résumé : super.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Calvi : l'appartement est très lumineux, bien équipé et proche de TOUT. Nous sommes arrivés et repartis en train, tout peut se faire à pied, sans problème. Satisfaction totale !

Séjour gâché par des odeurs de canalisation

Appartement très bien placé entre plage et centre ville; appartement très bien agencé, optimisé, et avec petite vue sur mer. Des odeurs nauséabondes (dus à des problèmes de canalisation) dans les pièces d’eau ont hélas gâché notre séjour. Ce problème a été remonté à la concierge qui a fait venir qqn, mais les odeurs ont persisté. Aucun geste commercial de la part de la propriétaire qui considère que c’est indépendant de sa volonté alors que le syndic était au courant de ce problème.

Merci pour votre message. Je me suis déjà excusée. Je répète ce que je vous ai déjà dit et que vous avez mal interprété surtout que vous n’étiez pas sur place. Les odeurs de canalisation venaient d’un autre appartement qui a eu les canalisations bouchées, le camion qui est intervenu à utilisé de la soude, voilà pourquoi l’odeur.

Très bon accueil. Appartement fonctionnel avec tous les ustensiles de cuisine comme à la maison.

Appartement situé dans une zone assez bruyante tôt le matin, ennuyant si l’on ouvre les fenêtres la nuit ( pas encore de Clim ). Sinon proche de la plage, du port et du centre ville.
