Centrally-located and close to Fort Rock Park, 23 Camas Lane is a comfortable 4 bedroom, 3 bath home with two Suites. The home is bright, clean and tastefully decorated creating a relaxing environment for your Sunriver vacation!

As you enter the home you are welcomed with an open floor plan that offers a cozy fireplace, high ceilings, large sectional sofa, stainless steel appliances, seating for 8 at the dining room table and a large flat screen TV.  You'll also find two queen bedrooms, both with updated flat screen TVs on the main floor.  Upstairs provides two spacious suites, each with their own comfortable king bed, flat screen TV and en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

The rear deck has a new private hot tub and overlooks a nice wooded common area. The outdoor space has two nice patio tables and a gas BBQ for outdoor dining or your morning coffee. There is also an extra fridge in the garage for food and drinks and a ping pong table. Easy access to the pathways leading to Fort Rock Park and The Village, hop on one of the adult bikes provided and get exploring. This is the perfect place to spend your Sunriver vacation! 

Family Reunion? Great! Book this home along with our 16 Camas Lane homes and have plenty of room for the whole family.

This home welcomes dogs, 2 max, no other pets are allowed. Fees apply

We would rent this house again for a family vacation. The kitchen was well supplied for having meals in house. The 2 king suites was a huge factor in deciding whether to rent this house. Good location too.

Great place!

We chose to stay in Sunriver to celebrate a college graduation and my husband's retirement. Plenty of space for our family with three adult sons plus grandma. Home was well stocked and very comfortable, easy to get around the area. We all enjoyed the deck space, ping pong table and hot tub. We stayed here when our sons softball team played in Bend. It was much easier to have a place to stay that you could wake up and have breakfast while you were on the run and come back and if there was time have dinner or make dinner in the kitchen.

We had a lovely time visiting with classmates from 58 years ago. Everything was clean and comfortable. We did have a difficult time finding the home as our navigation system was incorrect. We would suggest a directory for navigating the tv that comes with 4 remotes and no directions.

Incredible Property

This was our first time staying in Sunriver and we had a fantastic time! This house was perfect for us, and the only mishap we encountered was a problem with the hot tub. I texted my contact at Bennington Properties and they sent someone out immediately (he showed up within 30 minutes of my text) to fix the issue. The property was spotless, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, beds were comfy, and the deck was incredible! I would highly recommend this property!

Too small for 8

We had five adults at the house. The sleeping arrangements are great but the living area where we all hang out is way too small for 8 people. It is a good thing that our other family was not able to attend. Also, the picnic table for eating is cute but not functional for a large group. And the ping pong table should not be listed as an amenity because it is not usable for most of the time people stay in Sunriver. The garage was 28-33 degrees and there was no way that we could play ping pong. (Which was part of our plan and reason for selecting the house). We have been coming to Sunriver for over 20 years. The evenings are always cold and refreshing but having a ping pong table in the garage is just not reasonable. I recommend taking it off the listing for the house. I understand why the house is listed as sleeping for 8 but it is not really functional for that size of group. For the price, the value is not there.

Excellent Fall Get Away

This is a very nice property. We rented it for 3 nights. The rental service was excellent to work with and the house was spotlessly clean when we checked in. The beds were comfortable, there was plenty of towels and pots and pans. The only reason I didn't give it five stars was because of it being two story and the bbq didn't work. The two stories was not a big issue, we just have a three legged dog and it wasn't ideal for him to go up and down the stairs. But, if you need a great place to stay I would highly recommend this place and Bennington Properties as the rental company. They are excellent.

A return property

Our family of 7 came down for Memorial day weekend and had a great time at this property and ideal location. Only bummer was the pictures showed four bikes but when we arrive they were only two. Highly recommend this home. Comfortable beds, nice lay out and a great deck with hot tub. The communication with property management was excellent as well. We had some ant troubles with ants and they responded right away and solved the problem.
