We had an absolutely wonderful stay, and the house was perfect. The Hosts made the entire experience super easy and we felt so comfortable in the clean, adorable home. Would choose this house every time we come visit Surfside!!!

The host was super quick to respond and take care of the few small things we needed during our stay. AC was amazing which was great during a very humid stay. Shower, kitchen and bedrooms all met or expectations for beach house rental. Golf carts made beach access perfect.

Wanna be close to a beach for a reasonable price? Stay here! Had a great time relaxing at this nice house then was able to walk a very short distance to get to the beach. 10/10

The house was perfect for our stay. We appreciated the cold air conditioning and immaculately clean house. Thoughtful and convenient touches like the outdoor patio furniture for relaxing and the outdoor shower for rinsing away the sand. We used the outdoor chairs and sand tools. It was an easy walk to the beaching using the pedestrian bridge that was close by. The beach is clean and family friendly. The host is very responsive and providea great communication before and during our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was comfortable, well stocked, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. We did have a few issues our first night—the downstairs bed was broken, the TV wasn’t working, and there were several ant piles in the yard. However, the hosts were very responsive and took care of everything quickly. By the next afternoon, the bed and TV were fixed and the ant piles had been treated, which we really appreciated.The golf cart rental was a huge plus and made getting to the beach so easy and convenient. We also loved that the home is dog-friendly! Being able to bring our pups made the trip even better. The yard is small but fenced, and the gated upstairs deck was an added bonus and gave us some extra peace of mind with the dogs.We would suggest updating is the aerial photo in the listing, since several houses have been built around the property since the photo was taken.Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely consider staying here again. The quick response from the hosts and the dog-friendly setup were big positives for us!

Quick get away.

We were all super impressed with our stay and so close to the beach. Having our pets with us with the security of a fence on both top deck and bottom deck was so nice. Definitely plan on staying again.

We had the most amazing beach vacation in this gorgeous beach house. They provided everything we needed to have an enjoyable time. Location was perfect with a short walk to the beach. Definitely rent a golf cart and cruise around especially to get icecream- you are close to food! Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Comfortable and convenient

Overall stay was great. The kids enjoyed their own space upstairs like if they were in a clubhouse. Kitchen was efficient for us to make meals and feed a bunch of kiddos. The host was quick to respond to our questions. Would stay again!

Great time at SP#3

This is a nice, newer property. All furnishings and amenities were pretty well maintained for a rental property. It’s just a short walk to the beach and the area of the beach didn’t seem as crowded as other areas. Will definitely rent this or another one of the hosts properties again.

Nice new place

Even though we had some issues with the water and smoke alarms due to this being a new build, this place was very nice and had many amenities. We were very comfortable.

There was a power outage in Surfside that caused the smoke alarms to act up. We replaced the batteries and this fixed the issue. The guests turned off the main water supply to the house accidentally. We came out and turned it back on in an hour.

You couldn’t do any better than this property in Surfside. It’s close to everything. The house is clean and well appointed. Property manager was available to answer questions, but not pestering us. Everything was just as advertised! We had a wonderful time!

Immaculate

We loved staying at this property. Everything that we needed was there at our fingertips. We have stayed at a similar property last year for Thanksgiving that was owned by the same people and felt the same way. You can stop looking for your next beach get away! Only cons are that you really have to drive to the beach, but that was not a problem for us with two kiddos and all of the stuff that they come with!

Great Place

The owner's communication was perfect, the property is really beautiful and near to the beach. We definitively will go back. There was only one problem, as it seems this house was not cleaned before we check-in, but after talk with the owners, they immediatelly gave us a refund and offered to someone came in to clean. At that point we were already cleanining and washing everything, but they were responsive.

Exactly what was listed

We were extremely happy with this last min choice. Now that we have stayed at the Surfside paradise property, their homes will be the only ones my family will stay at. Thanks for the wonderful experience, we made wonderful memories. My young kids even made a video tour of the property for their YouTube channel. Haha.
