East 1601 is an end condo, which offers extra space inside and out. You're greeted with an expansive, inviting open-concept living area. You’ll find the perfect space for family and friends to relax together around the large flat-screen TV. The south wall has floor-to-ceiling windows that offer panoramic views and open directly onto the large, furnished beachfront balcony. The dining area offers seating for five with five additional seats at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size stainless-steel appliances and includes all the cookware and dishware needed to create memorable meals together. East 1601 also has a separate laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer for extra convenience.

The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. The master bathroom features a jetted bathtub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. All three guest bedrooms are on the city side of the condo and have access to a furnished north balcony with stunning views of the greater Destin area. The first guest bedroom features a King Bed and has an attached full bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
