East 301's contemporary features and comfortable furnishings are the perfect combination to complement your next Destin vacation.

You’ll find the perfect space for family and friends to relax together around the large flat-screen TV. The couch even converts to a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate larger parties. The south wall has floor-to-ceiling windows that open directly onto the expansive, furnished beachfront balcony. The dining area offers plenty of seating with two chairs and two benches. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size stainless-steel appliances, custom cabinetry, granite counter tops, nine-foot tray ceilings, and includes all the cookware and dishware needed to create memorable meals together. The laundry room is located just off the kitchen and is complete with a full-size washer and dryer.

The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. The master bathroom features a garden bathtub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. The first guest bedroom has a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and private access to the north balcony overlooking the greater Destin area. This guest bedroom has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom also has a king bed, flat-screen TV, and also overlooks the greater Destin area. The third guest bedroom features a twin over full bunk bed and private access to the north balcony. Just steps from both the second guest bedroom, third guest bedroom, and living area is a full guest bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Girls Trip

The condo was very nice and clean. Would be nice to have a high top table on the patio as you have to look through the bars when looking at the ocean from the current table, Also would be nice to have beach towels. The property had 2 nice pools and access to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Outstanding vacation in Destin

Girl's Get-Away Grama, 3 daughters, 3 granddaughters!

The property was all that we hoped it would be -- absolutely beautiful! Our condo was beautifully decorated, had all the amenities and was extremely comfortable. In fact, I would greatly appreciate it if I could get the brand of the mattress in the master bedroom -- so awesome!

Great view and location

Great view and location- we never wanted to leave the balcony. The place was clean and modern except for the master bedroom which looked like it had been decorated by somebody completely different. It was still beautiful, but it was decorated in a traditional style while the rest of the place was completely modern. Nothing wrong with it though and would love to stay again.

December Beach Getaway

The condo was very nice inside with a great view. The property however didn't meet my expectations as when I walked in off the elevator it smelled terribly like mildew or mold!! then they tried to cover it up everyday with potent smelling air fresheners are sickening. I am very allergic to mildew or mold and that what the property smelled like to me. They should rip up all the carpet and put nice water proof floors in the entry ways. I wish the condo would have had a spatula to flip eggs in there pans they had a huge steel spatula to use on a barbecue grill.The condo it self was very nicely decorated.

Beautiful place to stay!

Our group of nine had the most wonderful time at Compass Resorts in Destin. The check in process was easy, the building was clean and our condo was beautiful! The view of the ocean from our 3rd floor balcony was perfect. My only suggestion is that the pool be heated a little bit more. Otherwise, everything about our stay was perfect.

Perfect for our first post vaccination vacation

My travel group has not seen each other since October 2019. This condo was perfect for our first reunion. It is well decorated, spacious, clean and has a beautiful view of that sugar sand beach. The beds were comfy, the kitchen well-equipped and there were small dish soap, and dishwasher tablets. There isn’t shampoo or hairdryer but the bathrooms had fresh towels and soap. We found the management company polite and helpful. The location is very good. We plan to make it an annual event.

Fabulous condo

This condo is very roomy and met or exceeded our expectations. Everyone slept very comfortably and the kitchen met our needs. Loved hearing the waves on the patio even if morning fog blocked the view or it was dark.
