Fully air-conditioned villa with swimming pool in the Gulf of St Tropez

Located 5 minutes walk from the village, in the middle of oaks and pines, in a property of 6000 m2, fully closed, in absolute calm, villa of 2013, very comfortable and bright, fully air conditioned, surrounded by terraces, with its swimming pool and its private bowling alley. The large living room of 60 m2, very bright will welcome you and from your entrance, paintings of greenery will be offered to you from all sides. The American kitchen has everything you need whether you are a great cook or not! One of the bedrooms can be converted into a choice of a 160cm double bed or 2 single beds; a master suite with shower and separate wc A large bathroom with double sink and bathtub. Each room is lit by windows fitted with electric shutters. Large TV in the living room as well as in a bedroom, high speed internet, satellite, DVD player, stereo, games, books for indoor activity, and ping pong table, bowling pitch, outdoor swimming pool. Of course sun loungers await you and the large plancha will help you to enjoy meals outside.
Located at the entrance of the village of Plan de la Tour, the house allows you to access on foot all the shops of this village which has kept its Provençal authenticity, while being 8km from Sainte Maxime and 15 km from St Tropez and its effervescence.
You can walk in the Plantourian vineyard, on foot or by bike, bask in the beaches of Ste Maxime or St Tropez, or stay quietly around the swimming pool, have a game of boules or table tennis, take the aperitif lying in the deck chairs on the patio, in short, spending a very pleasant holiday in our beautiful region.
For June and September the arrival and departure dates can be flexible as well as the duration depending on availability.

Very nice house

We had a very good stay in this house which was very clean with air conditioning and very nice swimming pool. Good communication, friendly welcome, well situated… we had a very nice holiday here!

Tolles Ferienhaus

Wir haben uns in dem ruhig gelegenen Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles da, was man so braucht. Angenehm ist auch, dass es einen Bäcker 5 Minuten fussläufig gibt und nach Saint Maxime ist es mit dem Auto nicht weit. Die Strände sind je nach Verkehr auch in etwa 30 Minuten erreichbar.

Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Wir waren zwei Wochen in den Sommerferien zu Gast mit 5 Personen + Hund. Das Haus war sehr sauber und toll klimatisiert. Trotz 35°C war das Haus angenehm kühl, sodass auch der Hund sich wohl gefühlt hat und man nachts super schlafen konnte. Der Pool war sehr angenehm zur Abkühlung. Der Garten liegt abgelegen, man wird also auch nicht durch fremde Blicke gestört. Im Ort gibt es das nötigste und man ist auch schnell in Sainte Maxime um groß einkaufen zu können. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir französisch- und englischsprachig empfangen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder.

sehr schöne Location

Wir hatten 2 wunderschöne Wochen in dem großzügigen, sehr angenehmen Haus. Die Betreuung vor Ort war perfekt. Das Haus, das Grundstück, der Pool und die Außenanlagen ließen keine Wünsche offen. Die fussläufige Anbindung an das angenehme franzößische Dorf muss ebenfalls erwähnt positiv erwähnt werden!

Grande maison au calme

Nous avons séjourné dans cette maison pendant 1 semaine et en sommes ravis. La maison est très agréable et très bien équipée, au calme absolu. Les extérieurs de la maison (piscine, terrasse, table de ping pong) nous ont permis de nous relaxer. Nous conseillons cette maison sans hésitation.

Sehr schönes Haus

Wir haben schöne Sommerferien in Südfrankreich verbracht. Die Beschreibung vom Haus stimmt gut mit der Realität überein. Wir haben alles angetroffen, was wir erwartet hatten. Es ist ein kurzer Weg ins kleine Dorf mit Restaurants und kleinen Einkaufsladen. Zudem ist man in kurzer Zeit mit dem Auto in grösseren Einkaufsläden, am Meer und in grösseren Ortschaften. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Ein spezieller Dank geht an Liliane, welche die Übergabe vom Haus macht und sich um allfällige Fragen und Problem kümmert.

Wunderbares Anwesen in perfekter Lage und bester Ausstattung

Die Villa "Le Clos" liegt nur einen kleinen Spaziergang von dem lauschigen Ort Plan de la Tour entfernt. Die Villa bietet alles für einen erholsamen Urlaub, ist perfekt ausgestattet und liegt dennoch unweit der Strände und den Küstenorten. Wir können die Unterkunft wämstens empfehlen. Die Concierge war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, spricht perfekt englisch und französisch.

Un havre de paix après la tourmente

Malgré le Mistral qui a soufflé, quelques jours, nous sommes très content de notre séjour au Clos, jolie propriété très spacieuse, climatisée, très proche du pittoresque village de Plan de la Tour. 14 jours de vacances reposantes dans un endroit où rien ne manquait. Propriété extraordinaire, mieux qu'en photo. Il ne manque absolument rien. Propreté irréprochable. On arrive on pose ses valises et c'est tout. Le moindre petit souci est réglé en deux temps 3 mouvements. Merci à Janine et Liliane pour l'accueil, la réactivité et la gentillesse dont elles ont fait preuve. Emplacement idéal tout est proche. Villa très récente, propreté irréprochable, calme absolu, pas de vis à vis. Climatisation appréciée. Literie de très bonne qualité. Cuisine entièrement équipée, rien ne manque en terme d’ustensiles. Nous recommandons à 100% et nous reviendrons !

SEJOUR TRES PLAISANT

Maison neuve, propre, très correctement équipée, dans un environnement calme au pieds du Massif des Maures ; beau village provençal avec tous commerces à proximité.Piscine agréable et idéale pour jeunes enfants, ne manque qu'une douche extérieure. Séjour reposant et apprécié. Propriétaires sympathiques et flexibles ( horaires départ et arrivée).
