About this property

Location! Location! Location! Fall is coming and it's time to head for the hills! This creek side home is central to Boone, Blowing Rock and Banner Elk areas. A fabulous main level Master Suite with floor to ceiling windows has a King Bed, jetted tub and walk-in, tiled shower. French doors from the Master opens to the deck where you can enjoy morning coffee listening to the rush of the creek. There are two Secondary Bedrooms on the main level. One with a Queen Bed and Private Full Bath and another with Two Twin Beds. There is a Full Bath with walk-in shower located in the hallway. A Private Loft Bedroom upstairs has a Queen Bed and a Half Bath.
A recently renovated Kitchen is full stocked with pots and pans, baking dishes, blender, crock pot, hand mixer, electric skillet, waffle maker and of course plates, bowls and drinking glasses. Family Room has a beautiful wood burning, natural stone fireplace, Vaulted ceilings with Beams and lots of windows to let in natural light and the view.

A spacious wraparound Deck offers a great place to entertain and listen to the sounds of the creek. The Deck has outdoor seating for dining, and a Weber gas grill. Sit by the creek, dip your toes and read a book or take a nap .

Home offers wireless internet, cable TV, Laundry Room with full size washer and dryer. A small office Loft above the Master Suite has two monitors with universal docking station and printer.

We have ample parking in two parking areas on the property. Driveway with covered carport can hold 3 cars and a parking pad along the side street can fit 1 car. There are steps up to the main living area from the ground level.

Perfect Getaway

The house had everything we needed and was decorated very nicely. Listening to the creek on the property was very special while sitting outside on the spacious deck and comfy chairs. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful weekend getaway!

Our family and friends truly enjoyed our weekend getaway! The house was just what we needed. Clean and in a very nice neighborhood. The creek in the backyard was a bonus that all the kids and adults loved!
