Remove all trash and place in the outdoor bin. (exterior can is by the keypad entrance) Set the thermostat to 55° (winter) / 78° (summer).

This is our second stay at Chapel Rest. We love it - great house, fantastic view, close to Boone, Blowing Rock and Blue Ridge Parkway. Rebecca and Mark are wonderful hosts.

We were there to visit son going to app state- it was peak foliage and the view was incredible and completely unobstructed. The house was adorable, tidy and comfortable and reasonably priced when compared to hotels in the area during homecoming weekend.

We've stayed at Chapel Rest before and wanted to return to a familiar place with a great view as we hosted Thanksgiving with our adult children. The new owners Rebecca & Mark were great host and easy to work with. I know they want to change a few things to put their own stamp on the home and I can't wait to see it!

Absolutely loved Chapel Rest!! Perfect for our 3 grandkids and the short distance from the parkway, Glen Burney falls, downtown Blowing Rock ( playground), Pedaling Pig...We loved it's coziness, the deck, and the beautiful view...
