This incredible condo is available for rent at an affordable price! The resort is less than a mile away from Historic Williamsburg. The resort has two outdoor swimming pools, an indoor swimming pool and an outdoor hot tub. Amenities available with the condo rental are use of the exercise room, pools, hot tub, movie theater, picnic/BBQ area, game room, playground, miniature golf and two tennis courts.

The condo available for rent is a 2 bedroom 2 bath furnished deluxe condo. The condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware, and dishes. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a bathroom and the second bedroom has a queen size bed. The condo has a nice size living room with a queen size sofa bed.

The name provided will need to be the name of the person responsible for checking into the condo. The name on the reservation with be the only one allowed to check in with the resort front desk. The guest checking into the condo must be at least 21 years old.

We can put up to two names on the guest confirmation and the rest of the guest can be added at check in. ANY CHANGES TO THE GUEST CONFIRMATION ONCE CONFIRMED REQUIRES A $129 CHANGE FEE.

The resort requires a security deposit of $250.00 at check in.

The resort does collect a daily $13.00 amenities fee per condo.

Great Graduation Weekend

We stayed here with my elderly parents to attend my son’s Law School Graduation. The facilities were wonderful. Very comfortable space to allow us to rest between events. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. We loved the pool and game room in the evenings. If I had another student at W&M, I would stay here again.

Excellent property with a great location

This property is located at the Wyndham Kingsgate that is located nicely adjacent to Williamsburg. The property has plenty of activities/ammenities for kids and teens to do with the pools and games rooms. The host was really attentive during the setup process and very responsive with communication. The only item to watch out for is the timeshare upsell during the check-in process.

The property was everything that we had hoped for. There is so much to do on the property. Swimming, putt putt, game area, yard chess. The area was also amazing with plenty to do and see. The unit was wonderful we were able to cook breakfast every morning and dinner as well. Everything that we needed was available. Great weekend get away. Would love to stay again.

I love the ease of the “bracelet” that let you into the property as well as our condo. Plenty of room inside our 2 bedroom place. Each bedroom had a bathroom to use. Plenty of parking. We had coffee each morning while looking out at the view from our porch.

More than expected.

Property was very close to Colonial Williamsburg. The pictures were similar to the ones on the website. We had reserved a 2 BR/2 BATH but was informed there wasn't any available. So we were given a 3 BR/2BATH. The area was pretty and was quiet. Definitely enjoyed our stay.

Adventure through history

My sister-in-law and I enjoy immersing ourselves in historical locations, learning about the life of times of the past and absrobing the social culture. We got that in abundance with our visits to Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown Settlement and Yorktown Battlefield. The locaion of the accomodations was perfect, a short easy drive to all. The condo was very clean and quiet. The in-house amenities; full kitchen with dishes, glassware, utensills and towels was great. Not having to pack towels and bedding linens was very helpful. The beds are comfortable and we slept well. I would certainly recommend your unit to anyone I know headed down that way for a vacation!

Great location

The check in process was smooth, the rental was well maintained and spacious. There was an on-site hot tub but we didn't have time to enjoy. It's located close to all the things in Williamsburg i.e., Colonial Williamsburg, Busch Gardens, Jamestown, etc... Plus, it has the added benefit of being in a private Wyndham resort. Overall, a good little place that homed my two little girls and my wife with no issues
