The Wyndham Kingsgate resort is less than a mile away from Historic Williamsburg and seven miles from Busch Gardens. The resort has a friendly staff that is available 24/7. The resort has 2 outdoor swimming pools, a indoor swimming pool and an outdoor hot tub. Amenities available with the condo rental are use of the exercise room, pools, hot tub, movie theater, picnic/BBQ area, game room, playground, miniature golf and two tennis courts.

The condo available for rent is a 3 bedroom 3 bath furnished lock off condo. A 3 bedroom 3 bath lock off condo is a 2 bedroom deluxe and 1 bedroom combined like an adjoining room. The condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware and dishes. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a bathroom, the second bedroom has a king size bed, the third bedroom has a king size bed and the unit has two queen size sofa sleeper in each living room. The condo will have 2 living rooms with a balcony in the 2 bedroom unit. This unit is about 1,600 square feet.

The name provided will need to be the name of the person responsible for checking into the condo. The name on the reservation with be the only one allowed to check in with the resort front desk. The guest checking into the condo must be at least 21 years old.

We can put up to two names on the guest confirmation and the rest of the guest can be added at check in. ANY CHANGES TO THE GUEST CONFIRMATION ONCE CONFIRMED REQUIRES A $129 CHANGE FEE.

The resort requires a security deposit of $250.00 at check in.

The resort does collect a daily $13.00 amenities fee per condo.

The accommodations for Wyndham Kingsgate were wonderful! The highlight for the kids were all the activities including arcade rooms, pools and putt putt area. The location is ideal for seeing all historical sights. Our condo was updated and very clean. For our party of 6, it was perfect! Highly recommend.

Great property for family vacation

This was a great property for our family vacation in the Williamsburg area. The front desk had some computer issues at check-in, but otherwise no problems. Very clean and comfortable with lots of room.

Great stay!

5 stars even though the guests leaving before us were apparently refusing to vacate the property and had to have Security intervine. I guess the property was so good they wanted to extend their stay.

We loved the location as it was close to everything. We had 7 women & rented a 3 BR so we had plenty of sleeping room using the sofa beds. However, it would have been nice to have a mirror in both BRs in the 2BR side of the unit. It also needs to be updated but was okay for the price. It was comfortable enough.

This was our second year coming and its just amazing. Alot to do on the property, everything is clean and the rooms and beds are extremely confortable and it just feels like home away from home. Staff is always courteous and friendly and efficient. My sister also joined us this time and she loved it. SHE IS SUPER PICKY. We definitley are looking forward to a yearly trip here.

Williamsburg Easter Get-a-way

The property was clean, easy to check in/check out. They enabled a text feature for us to request additional supplies, if needed. Check out was easy with a text and a return of room keys/wrist bands at the gate. Overall it was a great experience with this resort close to nearby tourist areas, restaurants and stores.

This is an older property, however it is well maintained. We had the whole 3rd floor (no elevators). 3 bdrm, 2fold out sofas, 3 bathrooms. Plenty of room for our adult grp of 9 and an infant. The room, contained basic amenities only as any hotel room. The resort amenities were amazing though. So much to do, well if it hadn't been so hot!
