house completely renovated in an old cellar facing the vineyards, 15 minutes from the Beauval zoo including:
- on the ground floor: 1 fully equipped kitchen (fridge / freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave), 1 linen room (washing machine), 1 WC, 1 living room (convertible sofa) and dining room with TV
- upstairs: 1 large bedroom with 140 cm bed, 1 bedroom with pull-out beds (2x80), 1 bathroom with shower and WC.
1 terrace of + 40 m2 with garden furniture and relax.
Hangar available for carport.
BBQ.
Bed linen, towels are provided from 3 consecutive nights.

c'est un gite trés agréable ; calme sans vis à vis tés bien consu , il y a du volume donc on ne se sent pas serré quand on est plusieurs , la literie est de qualité c'est propre .Je recommande ce gite

Magnifique gite au milieu de la campagne

Excellent séjour dans ce gite très bien entretenu à proximité des châteaux de Loire et du zoo de Beauval.Nous y reviendrons sans hésiter, il nous reste encore plein de belles choses à voir.

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans ce gîte avec notre bébé d'un an ! La maison est équipée de tout ce que l'on peut avoir besoin au quotidien (vaisselle et ustensiles de cuisine, machine à laver, chaise haute...) et idéalement située à la fois au calme et proche du zoo de Beauval. Un soir, nous avons même eu la chance d'apercevoir une biche traverser le terrain !

Gîte des Vignes

Gîte très bien situé pour aller visiter le Zoo de Beauval. Très propre et pratique. La propriétaire est charmante au téléphone. Nous y retournerons sans pb si l'occasion se présente.

Super séjour

Le gîte est conforme à la description, au calme et en plein nature, un vrai bonheur. Le gîte est spacieux et extrêmement propre. La gérante est très disponible et agréable. Je recommande ce logement si vous êtes à la recherche de calme et de repos tout en étant proche du zoo parc de beauval qui se situe à une dizaine de minutes.

Super 2ème séjour

Second sejour chez Marie Noelle aussi agreable que le 1er, meme 3 ans apres. La maison est toujours impeccable et accueillante, et Marie Noelle toujours à l'écoute et disponible. Le calme des lieux et la vue sur les vignes en font un parfait lieu de repos. Jamais 2 sans 3... nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir

Bien au calme

Nous nous sommes posés ici 3 jours afin de faire la visite du Zoo de Beauval à 10m en voiture.Meme si je n'ai pas eu la chance de voir les propriétaires, l'accueil a ete chaleureux et l'appartement est conforme a la description. Rien a redire Nous y retournerons avec plaisir
