Welcome to our little paradise in Florida!

Come and enjoy some magic days at our Barra Villa Resort, which is well renowned for its sophisticated and playful atmosphere. The resort consists all in all of 8 lovely apartments and studios with a central, large pool area and backyards.

Enjoy by yourself or in company!?

snug and cozy studio on the second floor of the house - movable TV table for television pleasure throughout the whole home - perfectly integrated kitchen with many wood elements - individually designed bathroom with shower!

Why don´t you relax in the spacious Queen-size bed or in one of the cushy armchairs! You´ll be able to relax while watching a movie on the flatscreen TV or while listening to some music.

The highlights of our Tampa Home are the beautiful wooden elements in the kitchen. Take a seat there on the especially charming bench.

In the bathroom, equipped with a shower, we´ve taken care that you´ll find plenty of towels.

Of course, you´ll also find sheets and covers in the bedroom.

Come and enjoy our Tampa Home: alone, or as a couple - it´ll be an unforgettable experience!

Tampa Suite retreat

Location, location, location! We really enjoyed the proximity to local attractions and dining options. The unit was very clean & appointed with all the necessities for an in unit kitchen. Communication and contactless check-in were spot on. The pool was great for some R & R too!

Tiny and hot but good environment. The windo units struggle to keep up with the high temperatures in the summer.

Yes, at higher temperatures our window units can sometimes reach their limits. However, we also offer accommodation with central air conditioning. Thanks for the feedback.

Was not as photos showed. Didnt say it was not handicap accesable with upstairs with 18 steps to climb with my cane. Didnt think i had hot water till l figured it out It was hooked up in reversr.

Thank you for your feedback. The ad clearly states that the apartment is located on the second floor of an old town villa, which is also evident from the pictures. We kindly ask our guests to carefully read the listing description after booking to ensure that the accommodation meets their needs and to clarify any questions in advance, such as the location of the property. Additionally, we did not receive any response from the guest regarding our offer to move to one of the bottom-floor apartments. However, we sincerely apologize when our guests were unable to fully enjoy their stay.

Ja, es ist nicht mehr alles neu und im besten Zustand, aber wir haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles vorhanden was wir benötigt haben. Der Check in ist Mega einfach und hat wunderbar geklappt. Der Pool ist super und wir haben ihn rege genutzt. Wer mit dem nötigsten klarkommt, ist hier genau richtig. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Nice!

Great location- walking distance to downtown fort Myers tons of restaurants and shops! We loved the pool! The apartment was cozy, it looked exactly like the pictures. Only con was that during peak season it takes an hour to get to the beach but that was expected.

Cozy and relaxing

We were happy with this resort. The pool was very private and sheltered and the water was warm when the heater was on. It is in an older home but the apartment was nicely decorated and very clean. It had everything we needed.

Clean, quaint and great location

Booked five rooms for a family getaway and had an amazing time! Rentals were perfect and allowed us to all stay together yet have separate space. The pool was heated and AWESOME! We even were able to BBQ twice. I would definitely recommend Barra Villa Resort.
