Welcome to our little paradise in Florida!

Come and enjoy some magic days at our Barra Villa Resort, which is well renowned for their sophisticated and playful atmosphere. The resort consists all in all of 8 lovely apartments and studios.

Lucky us that we found and bought this cute house!

The house consists of 3 units: the "Apartment Pelican", the "Apartment Flamingo" and the "Studio Turtle".

Each accommodation has its own entrance as well as a private bathroom, kitchen, and living-/sleeping-area. If requested, we are able to connect the Apartment Flamingo and the Studio Turtle to one big apartment which offers space for up to 5 adults.

The common outdoor area offers many different seating possibilities.

If you let us know early, it’s also possible to rent the entire Villa Barra II or the entire Resort.

APARTMENT PELICAN

The perfect accommodation for families!

cozy 2-BR-apartment - bathroom accessible from two sides - direct entrance to the garden

Due to the two bedrooms, both with a Queen-size bed, families with children will immediately feel at home at our Apartment Pelican. One of the bedrooms offers enough space for a baby cot and, furthermore, provides access to the bathroom.
You´ll find the second door with access to the bathroom in the well-equipped kitchen. From the kitchen, you can reach the wooden terrace as well as the garden area with many different seating possibilities.
The windowed bathroom includes a shower, a WC, and a sink. We take care that there will be sufficient towels for your stay at our house.

In short: not only families will feel comfortable in our Apartment Pelican!

We last minute rented due to a death in the family and needed to get there ASAP. Having said that we were not expecting a good trip, however our stay was so enjoyable. The pool was clean and inviting. The unit was clean, beds were cozy, plenty of space. Backyard was nice and private. Our family was broken by the loss of a child, yet each of us found our rental a comfortable place to laugh, cry and just be together. Thank You for all you do to make your rental feel like home

It was in an awesome location close to beach ,communal pool for the complex. Restaurants Galore all different cultures Cuban, Spain, Mexican and American. My wife and I loved it . We look forward to going back again. Thanks to ALL who aided us in this stay at this ABB GOD Bless you ALL my wife and I really needed this time together since we could not afford staying right on the Beach. Special Danke to Martina our Host and ALL the people of VRBO. I do not think we will do any other way to vacation.

The pool was the big draw for us and location second. Close to restaurant, brewery, and Publix grocery store. Wonderful relaxing stay. Dolphin cruise was exceptional.

If you want to visit Historic Ft. Myers this is the place to stay. Clean, shabby chic decoration. Marcus was so helpful and nice. Will be back when visiting Ft Myers.

Cozy and Clean Cottage

This was our first stay at a VRBO property, and I was impressed with the communication and check in process. The cottage was clean and comfortable with a shabby chic decor. The beds were very comfortable. The location is within walking distance to the Publix grocery store and a great coffee shop.

Within walking distance to town

We really enjoyed the pool at the property! We walked to town a couple of times and also to the Publix Store which is only a block away! Condo was clean.

We stayed in the Pelican apartment in Ft Meyers and loved it. It was small but just the right size for the 3 of us. It is centrally located to all the things we wanted to do on this vacation, had grocery and shopping close by - literally has a grocery store within walking distance. We loved that it had a pool. We spent most evenings relaxing at the pool. Both my daughter and I agreed that we would definitely rent this unit again.

Perfect location

We had a wonderful stay. Unit was very clean and kitchen had everything we needed. Communication was excellent. We like having a swimming pool and laundry on the property. The biggest plus, is the location. We like to walk three miles every morning. From here you can walk along the beautiful Caloosahatchee, a very nice kids park, Publix, Nail Salon, Theatre, many, many restaurants and bars and my husband was even able to walk to Physical Therapy. This was our second stay at this property and we look forward to staying here again.

Ft Myers D days

Here to visit friends and a quick respite from the winter in New England. Great location. Less than 20 minute walk to downtown Ft. Myers. Nice treed and quiet neighborhood. The pool was a nice one and heated. The apartment was very clean. It would be nice to have an ironing board and iron. It should also be suggested to warn guests about the water. Ft. Myers tap water is safe to drink but smells and tastes of sulfur (rotten egg). Overall quite nice.
