Lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bath ground floor unit. Newly renovated! Sleeps 6 comfortably. Free beach service for two from March 1-October 31st. King size beds in both bedrooms plus a queen size sleeper sofa. Smart TVs in each bedroom and the living room. Fully equipped kitchen. Washer and dryer combo in unit. Sugar Beach is a low rise, beach side complex on Thomas Drive, within walking distance to plenty of restaurants and attractions. Walk to Hammerhead Freds, Longboards, Ms. Newby's and many more. Complex has beautiful freshwater pond with plenty of wildlife to watch. Fish, turtles and birds. Dogs 30 lbs. and under are allowed. 2 dog maximum. Pet fee of $150 for 4 nights or more, $80 for 3 nights or less. Paid to HOA upon registration. Ring camera outside front door.

Seaside Shanty is a dream come true for our family. My dad owned a condo in Panama City Beach 30 years ago and my children have very fond memories spending time there. I am so so thankful we get to experience the same things with our grandchildren at our very own condo! We are excited for you to make your own memories here as well.

Why they chose this property

Having spent summers in Panama City Beach for the last 35 years we knew when we were ready to purchase it would be here. We choose Sugar Beach complex for several reasons. Location is so convenient to activities, restaurants, shopping and to St. Andrews State Park. We also loved the beautiful pond with the walkways surrounding it. We enjoy seeing all the fish, turtles and birds. The complex is Beachfront which was important to us as well. Our unit has a view of the pond from the patio. But it is a very short walk to the private beach access.
