Amazing Stay!!

Everything was amazing!! He pools, the morning sunsets, a well-stocked kitchen and great bathroom!! The wifi isn’t fab / reliable - but a great excuse to enjoy a book instead :) Can’t wait to come back.

Spring Break ‘23

Comfortable, Safe Beachfront Studio

This studio was just right for our 10 days in Los Barriles. You cannot beat the location or the price! The kitchenette had everything we needed for easy meals “in”. The studio was everything we expected for the nightly price. Communication with the owner and property manager was so easy with very timely responses. We’d definitely return and rent from Chris again! Thank you for your hospitality!

Palmas de Cortez

Great view from balcony! Kitchen could be upgraded as there is only a two burner stove , and no oven. Coffee maker needs to be replaced. Price for room was very reasonable.Property manager was very responsive when we reported an issue with the wi-fi.Issue was quickly resolved.

The property is right on the water. several small restaurants and bars on the property. short walk to "downtown" Los Barriles. The room was very basic - tiny tv, no drinking classes, not enough lighting. Clean Pools aren't heated during the winter.

Good stay

Overall a good unit but could use some improvement. Big screen on door needs to be fixed and a working coffee grinder would be nice. The one there doesn’t work. Just small things that wouldn’t take much to fix.

Great location and size

We enjoyed our time in the unit. The unit is in very good condition. Great location looking out over pool and the sea of Cortez. Christine the manager was great at responding to a leak we found in bathroom. Resolved it quickly!! Communication between me and the owner and property manager was excellent! The description says that unit has a sofa bed, but it was an actual king or queen size bed plus the murphy bed. The balcony was awesome!! Great size for 2 to 4 people. Spacious too!

Good property

This is a big studio with a full kitchen and a deck with a great view! There was just a couple issues that makes it not so great, which may or may not make a difference to some people. The bed is a queen and small for 2 people and the linens and pillows can use an upgrade. The TV remotes did not work even after changing batteries. The location is great, easy access to the beach, town, and fishing. The deck is right above the Bay View Restaurant bar so it can get a little loud at times. There are 2 nice beach chairs but no cooler, and a fully stocked kitchen. The Murphy bed is comfortable. All in all a good stay just a couple things that would make it much nicer!
