Beautiful waterfront one bedroom condo with great views of the Sea of Cortez

Casa de Vista - One bedroom/two bathroom Villa on the water located on the fourth floor #1404 with magnificent views of the beautiful Sea of Cortez! You can see beautiful sunrises or moonrise’s right from your balcony. (Video is available if you click on video) Unit has one bedroom, two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a dining room area, and it has two balconies. It has Satellite TV in the living room and in the bedroom, there is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room for guests. Has a very nice restaurant/bar and pool below. The beautiful town of Los Barriles has a lot of authentic Mexican restaurants, a few sushi restaurants, pizza places, and many other type of restaurants. Has many places to go shopping, swimming, snorkeling, bike riding, and hiking. Kite surfing is very popular in the winter, you can go fishing in the morning and go kite surfing in the afternoon. Fishing in the summer is great all day. The resort also has quad rentals, and charter boat rentals.
Note. The A/C is turned off January through March since it’s cooler months.

This was a great spot! Great condo with all the amenities you need. Views are awesome! Close to a great place to eat and the pool is the perfect place to hangout after a day in the sun. We can’t wait to rent again!

Kitchen very well stocked. Clean. The only issue was the racks in the dishwasher need to be replaced as they were rusty. We ended up just handwashing our dishes. The lounge chair pads by the pool need to be cleaned or replaced. Very stained.

Great condo

Came down with a friend to go some fishing and off-roading, it was his first visit. Condo was great, very clean, great AC, the view and accessibility to the pool, bar and restaurant were terrific! I highly recommend! Gary is also a great communicator.

Paradise on the beach

Absolutely recommend! The Unit has amazing views, we watched Dolphins and Rays right off the balcony every morning. The owner has every amenity needed for the perfect vacation.

Beautiful property, gorgeous views, very clean, nice furnishings, , has everything you could possibly need. Gary, the owner, was immediately responsive to the few things that came up. Walkable to town, great restaurants very close by. Don’t look any further… this is your place!

Perfect getaway

Baja style condo in front of Sea of Cortez with amazing views. The condo had all amenities for your stay including beach chairs, towels and yoga mat. The kitchen has complementary items for coffee and tea, also spices. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms had plenty of towels. Very cute condo, safe with door cámara (ring) and plenty of space and lights. No complaints.

Beachfront Gem

What a great find this beachfront condo is. Spacious 4th floor beautiful view unit with two bathrooms, a fully furnished great kitchen and washer dryer. Two balconies, dining table for six easily and space to sit and eat casually at the countertop. Filtered water, full size refer, Dish TV and great stereo. This is a fantastic unit in a really nice secure complex. Good poolside restaurant and all the amenities. Would highly recommend if you are staying in Los Barriles.

Great View on 4th Floor

My wife and I have stayed at several of the condos at the Villas de Cortez. We consider this property the best so far. The check in process was painless (keyless combination entry via code). We were fortunate to also meet the owner who was extremely helpful and welcoming. The condo is in great shape and all the amenities are there for you. We”ll be back in a couple of months to do a lot more catching and less fishing. Thanks Gary!

Unwind, sit back, and enjoy the views

This villa is situated on the 4th floor with wonderful views, from the two balconies, of the Sea of Cortez, the fishing boats, the kite-boarders, and the pool and lounge area below. Check-in was very easy and the on-site property management staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. The owner of this villa was very responsive to messages and follow-up. Just outside the property gates, we found a great supermarket. The villa has a full kitchen, but with so many great restaurants close-by, we chose to eat breakfast there and go out for most other meals. Onsite, the Bay View restaurant on the ground floor offered up some wonderful foods and drinks - the ceviche!! There is a BBQ on the villa premises, but after a day of fishing, we took our fresh filets to the chef and they prepared an amazing dinner for us. We tried many restaurants during our stay - all within a 5-15 min walk from the villas. Venture out and enjoy. There is easy access to kiteboarding, wind-surfing, or ATB and bike rental shops. We rented full-suspension mountain bikes and got up into the hills...more than 50km of riding over two days. We wanted a quick getaway, far away from crowded resorts, to relax, unwind, and leave the chilly temperatures of home behind...and we got that and so much more. We would gladly choose this property again.

Amazing Beachfront Condo

Loved our stay! Very comfortable and well stocked condo. Enjoyed sitting on the two balconies. Privacy blinds and AC were wonderful. It was also nice to have a restaurant onsite. I would recommend staying here and hope to return!
