Wonderful Moab stay

This space exceeded our expectations during our weeklong stay in the Moab area. We found it to be spacious, quiet, spotless, and close to town. Communication with Vacasa was seamless. We will definitely be back!

Nice stay

We loved this stay. Clean bedrooms and bathrooms. Loved that we had a garage. Wish we had the garage pin pad code though. The tile floors were really dirty. It asks at the door to take off your shoes. So we did. But after walking around for a short while, the bottom of our feet were black. Maybe it hadn't been mopped. The rest of the house was great. Lots of room and it was clean and comfortable. We were close to the shared pool and hot tub which was nice. We would stay again though.

Great Space

This was a great place to stay for our weekend of trail riding. The driveway was nice & long to fit our truck & trailer, & the garage was great to have as well. The pools were close by & wonderful to relax & swim in between rides. The space was great for our family of 6. I only gave 4 stars because of cleanliness. Upon first entering everything appeared clean, but as we settled in, we noticed lots of animal hair, particularly on the comforters of the twin beds. The vacuum’s plug was broken, so we couldn’t vacuum it up. There is also a sign by the front door requesting we remove our shoes. However, upon doing so, our feet & socks turned black from the dirty floors. Other than those issues, it was a great place to stay.

This home had a nice floorplan with a half bath downstairs just off the kitchen/ garage and 2 full baths upstairs. Each had the sink outside tub/toilet area which was nice. There is an extra rollaway bed in master closet and in laundry room (in garage). Large 2 car garage and plenty of parking space. Nice amenities provided such as toiletries, dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent. Note that Moab is very sandy - there is a broom and dustpan in cabinet off kitchen but left feedback that floors could / should have been mopped especially considering the request to remove shoes. The downstairs level is much cooler where thermostat is located but upstairs bedrooms have ceiling fans which help a lot. Recommend keeping shades drawn to keep home cooler. Overall we enjoyed our stay and found location good, though the 2 hall bedrooms did have some road noise. Oh we arrived late and it was nice that some lights were left on for us.

Good location, nice condo, terrible management.

This unit is nicely located, has a good layout and was comfortable for our family of 5. However, the managing agent VACASA was terrible to work. The charge a large customer service fee, on top of vrbo’s fee, and provide no customer service. The unit was dirty - fan blades with caked dirt on blades, dusty furniture and floors, and dirty kitchen counters. The kitchen was poorly supplied with poorly functioning appliances. We put in a request with VACASA for additional bathroom supplies and they ignored the request. While I might recommend this unit to a friend, I would strongly advise anyone to avoid VACASA. They feel like a company just out to skim profit from travelers.

Great home base for Moab adventures

Clean house with updated furniture and kitchen appliances. Stocked kitchen made cooking easy. Unit faces NE, so great views out the front of slick rock area and reduced highway noise.

Great condo

Have been staying in Rim Village Vista condos for several years. Perfect set up for our Jeep outings. Condo was set up with everything we needed and right next door to the pool.

Great location, comfortable and clean

Ample space for our group of six adults in Moab for a four-day mountain biking tour. The house would benefit from a few more kitchen amenities - kettle, cooking knives, oil for cooking, etc. - and better pillows. Otherwise, a superb place to stay - 5 minutes south of town, quiet, clean and comfortable. The hot tub and pool were welcome amenities after long days on the bike!

Great location for hiking, biking, & sightseeing in & around Moab. This particular place was definitely only used as a rental! It was very bare bones!! No flour, sugar, scrubby for doing dishes, yes we had toilet paper, hand soap, dishwasher detergent & laundry detergent. Luckily I took shampoo & conditioner but I did find out later that the guest bathroom has samples & a hairdryer. I would have thought these items would be put in the master bath???? The carpet needs replaced badly. It’s very worn & doesn’t appear very clean. The furniture was adequate for our family. Compared to other places we have stayed in Moab (this was our 3rd year in a row to come for Thanksgiving) this was the least desirable just because it was so bare bones.
