This cozy townhome comes completely ready for your enjoyment. All you need to bring is your gear for your favorite activity on the Colorado Plateau. We have taken care of absolutely everything else. You are provided with all the comfort you need after a day of enjoying your activities out in this natural playground.

After your day of playing or shopping, you can either dine out in one of Moab's fine restaurants or come home and prepare a meal in your fully equipped kitchen. Afterward enjoy a cool swim in the pool or soak your sore muscles in the Jacuzzi.

When it's time to recharge your batteries for the coming day, you will melt into the plush mattress and quality linens provided for your extra comfort.

We never figured out how to work the front door keypad entry system. Instead, we just came in through the garage. We liked the condo a lot, and wished we could have stayed there longer.

Great place to stay!

What a great place to stay! Loved that it was roughly 5 minutes out of town in a quiet area with great views of the cliffs to the west. It’s was a very relaxing place to come home to after long mt bike rides. The Place is clean, has comfortable beds, and furniture. You can see the pool and hot tub from front room window and they are only a 2 minute walk away.

Nice, clean accommodation, convenient and quiet location.Would recommend a combo filter/pod coffee maker versus the filter only unit.Suggest having upstairs drain system cleaned. Had to plunge the master bathroom toilet and master shower very slow draining.

Great jumping off spot in Moab

We loved this townhouse in the “quieter” side of Moab…although it was Jeep week and a little more commotion…it was still a really nice spot for our family to jump out for daily adventures around Moab and the National Parks and to be able to come home to this really comfy house after a long day. The night sky right from the deck was also beautiful! If ever back in Utah, we would stay here again!

Condo in need of new flooring. Carpet old and beat up. The tile looked like guests wore skis inside. The furniture in living room looked worn and was not at all attractive. The top of every piece of furniture, such as the dresser, nightstand, end table all were splintered with pealing paint. A good sanding and fresh paint would do wonders. In general the condo is dated and needs a facelift, in my opinion.

Property looks just like pictures. Everything was clean and well kept. Kitchen stocked with everything you need. Right across the street from the pool and hot tub. 15 mins to downtown; 20-25 mins to Arches, 50 mins to Canyonlands. Owner was easy to get ahold of and responsive.

Great value and location

Loved the location and having a garage was an added bonus. Nothing fancy, but great price for convenience. Beds were very comfortable and there was a lot of space. Will definitely stay here if we return to the area!

Marvelous Moab

We stayed in this well-situated condo for 2 nights during our road trip. It was very conveniently located near Arches National Park, and my husband woke me up at 3am to come out to the balcony to see the incredible view of the stars.

Great Location

Great location just south of town. The townhome was clean and the grounds are well kept. It has a nice pool and tennis court. Only problem was the front door lock didn’t always work but the garage pad worked every time. I’d stay there again.

Perfect home base to explore around Moab

The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. In a quiet neighborhood that had and amazing view from the patio for our morning coffee and evening relaxation. Great location to get to and explore the town of Moab, Arches National Park and Canyonlands National Park. Would definitely recommend.
