Convenient location within walking distance to Jolly Hall Beach, the colorful Fish Fry with many restaurants, 3 hotel restaurants with pools, and water taxi to the Chat-n-Chill can be picked up at Augusta Bay's dock. Approximately 7 miles from the airport and only 1 mile to Georgetown for grocery stores, gas station, straw market, Minn's Boat rentals, water taxi, and shops. Home offers fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, Corian countertops, wood ceilings, ceiling fans in every room, each bedroom has its own remote controlled air conditioner , no carpet, tile floors throughout, washer and dryer. Home also has outdoor shower with hot and Cold water for rinsing after the beach. Fun things to do: golf, fishing, kayaking, snorkeling, boating, scuba or take the most popular tours to go swimming with the pigs, swimming with the sharks, feeding the Iguanas and swimming the famous Thunderball grotto from the James Bond movie, see location of the filming of the Pirates of the Caribbean starring Johnny Depp. Visit some of the historic sites old churches throughout the island. Sometimes you maybe able to catch the Junkanoo parades.

Great Stay!

We had a great stay! Appreciate all the hospitality before and during our stay. Willy even picked things up for us to have upon check-in! Comfortable beds, clean and everything we needed. Location is great and the view is beautiful!

The house had everything we needed. We had smooth check in and check out processes. Good communication throughout. Local beach was beautiful and we had great trips to visit Chat and Chill and the swimming pigs.

Nice and private

Perfect little home for a couple to see a great view of the ocean and stay close to Georgetown. Everything is within a few minutes from this home. Great place to stay when visiting Exuma.

It was a very nice day and the owners were great people I have one suggestion if you rent this property make sure that you rent a Jeep because the road going to the property is not meant for cars but other than that everything is perfect

Hooper Bay View!

We loved this house! Cozy, modern, close to town and has a lovely view! This was our fourth trip to exuma and by far our favorite villa we’ve rented. We can’t wait to come back!

Love Exuma

We had a great vacation. Highly recommend the house (it comfortable with a beautiful view and with a huge deck). Perfect location for people who do not want drive a car on left side.

Great place and great hosts

We stayed for 6 nights. Willy responded quickly to one minor issue we had and everything was great all week. The place has a beautiful view. The location is central to most activities. The kitchen has everything you need, beds were comfortable, and the price was very reasonable.

We had a busy but relaxing stay in Exuma. Willy and Michele were prompt with any needs that arose. The location of Elizabeth was convenient to all local attractions. We’d stay again at the Villa Elizabeth when we return.

I love the neighborhood it’s in-beautiful view of the harbor. The house is very clean and spacious for a group. You can contact the host at any time, she will respond within a reasonable time

Great location great value. Access road needs significant repair. SUV or large tire vehicle required to access driveway or you will bottom out. Overall great experience.

Location and View are Priceless

The home sits on a hill and has the best view. The view from the porch never gets old and you get caught just looking at the water. Most beautiful water I’ve ever seen! The home is comfortable, beds are great and it’s centrally located on the island. I would rent this place again without hesitation. Wonderful experience!

Luxury with a View

Michele’s home is wonderfully furnished and even nicer than the pictures online. Communication with her and Willy(the caretaker) was easy and friendly. The location is great several bars and restaurants in walking distance and an added bonus for us was the availability of beach chairs and an umbrella which made the beaches even better. Do yourself a favor a rent this villa!

Perfect place for a perfect vacation

Me my wife and 17 year old son stayed here for 8 days. The house was perfect. The beds are very comfortable. The AC in every rooms keep it nice and cool. Ice maker in the fridge. The front deck was perfect for setting out and enjoying the breeze and taking in the view. The location close to George Town makes it nice to run to town for groceries or Julien's BBQ!! (which is the best BBQ on the island!!) Overall very pleased with the house and location!! We will be staying here again!

Bahamas trip

The rental was exactly as described and pictured. It id located at the top of a hill and the road up to it is very rough. The view of the water was amazing. Its a 7 min walk to Jolly Hall. We spent a lot of time there and used the beach chairs provided. Groceries are very expensive, plan accordingly. The host was very accommodating of anything we needed. We enjoyed our stay here.

We live in Florida when we started traveling to the Bahamas for vacation every year. Our son was only 7 when we decided to purchase land to build our vacation home. Now he is 20 years old and traveling there with his girlfriend. We traveled to all of the islands and fell in love with Exuma and the local people.

Why they chose this property

Location, Location, Location... This location had the most specular views and with most everything in walking distance.

What makes this property unique

This home is up on the hill with wonderful breezes while sitting on the front porch overlooking the ocean. Watch the sunrise and the boats sail as you are drinking your coffee in the morning on the front porch or in dining room.
