I am teacher who is willing to rent my home while it is not in use. I have enjoyed renovating this 130 historical home in this quaint small town near the bike path and close to Cooperstown.

Why they chose this property

I chose this property as I enjoy the renovations and preserving it's history. I even laminated old newspaper articles I found in the basement.

What makes this property unique

Small town quiet street and a short car ride to everything or even a road trip to Boston, or Niagara Falls. Plenty of great stuff nearby like wineries, breweries, and of course the bike path and Baseball Hall of Fame
