We stayed here on our travels through the area to visit the Baseball Hall of Fame and Howe Caverns. House was clean, very spacious and was conveniently located for our trip. Also pet friendly, which was a must for us. We had a great stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3-day stay here. The house has lots of comfy space for hanging out both indoors and outside and a well-equipped kitchen. We particularly liked the long table where we worked several jigsaw puzzles. The host provided several suggestions for local dining and entertainment that were good.
A well stocked kitchen awaited us with clear directives about the well and water that was provided. The house is spacious, clean, & newly remodeled with most everything needed for a weeks vacation. Communication with our host was excellent, as it was with caretaker Nate, thank you. For us it was basically 2 adults most of the stay, but this place could easily handled a larger group or family. Love the patio and early mornings with our dog on this well kept productive farm. Walking up the hillside offered a panorama of views. We're hoping to return, perhaps as early as this fall. Can't go wrong booking your stay at this Dorloo, NY farm. Proximity to good restaurant and touring/sightseeing was just right. A real perk was not having to basically clean the place before we left. This was unusual and a treat that made packing for our return trip home much easier. Much appreciated.
The property in the house are beautiful. Lots board games and my children even though they are older children and adult adults played. Caretaker was super helpful and reachable. I highly recommend going to hop and hammer little country store.
My family and in-laws chose this property to stay at for our son’s baseball tournament in Cooperstown. The distance was definitely doable, with beautiful scenery along the way. My in-laws stayed in the downstairs primary bedroom, while my family utilized the upstairs. The farmhouse was plenty spacious for us to feel like we weren’t in each other's way. Our four sons enjoyed the property to play whiffleball, and make s'mores by the fire pit that the host provided. We loved the old charm this house embodied, while having all of the amenities that we are used to at home. Would stay with Becky again, if baseball brought us back.
