Great access to the beach and State Park. Apart from the beach we fished off the pier next door and the kids caught a lot of fish. Beach is super clean and kid friendly. At night we could not hear any noise on the 6th floor and slept great.

Great stay. Mr. Lovelace called and answered anything we had questions about. Even though we didn’t get to, we were able to have an early checkin. The condo was overall clean and plenty of towels for the stay. We loved having the pier right next to us and fished every morning and evening. We would absolutely stay at this condo again in the future.

Peaceful Stay right on the Gulf!

We all enjoyed our time at Royal Palms 608. The condo was clean and cozy. It had everything we needed during our trip. The property is clean and quiet with easy access to pool, parking and of course... the beach! We would absolutely stay here again. Candace and Charles were terrific hosts and very easy to communicate with. Thank you!

Wonderful ocean stay

So many good things to say about this property! At the end of the Gulf Shores condos so it was a much less crowded part of the beach. Dolphin viewing from the balcony. Always access to rental beach chairs and umbrellas.Always room in the pools. Gated condo unit. The fishing pier is less than a half a mile away. Property owner gets back quickly with any questions and is always helpful and friendly.

Condo was great. Would definitely stay here again. This is the last beachfront condo in Gulf Shores, so there is a lot of open beach near the condo. We have stayed in this condo several times and have always had a great experience.

Memorable Family Vacation

We absolutely loved our stay. The condo was exactly as we expected, no surprises or disappointments. The location is amazing, no overcrowding on the beach like it can beat other places. I had a few questions prior to check in and the communication was excellent. We will definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed the great beachfront location. Condo is close to Gulf State Park so is not hemmed in by high rise buildings. Easy bike ride to state park. Living and kitchen area small, but had all we needed.

Our stay was most beautiful with views of the beach almost directly below our balcony. A terrific morning wake up! Fiery sunsets. Communications with the property manager was quick and responsive. Will be back!

Great trip

Easy access to property from the road. Great views from the balcony. If you enjoy fishing location is close to state pier and Perdido pass. Peaceful and quiet we inside didn't really didn't hear much from the outside.

I loved our stay here. Its perfectly simple, clean and QUIET! Right on the beach, easy to clean. The unit had plenty of plates and cookware for guest needs. They also offered a crockpot and a plug in hot pan. If you want a simple get away woth althis is the place.

Relaxing soothing days

We had a relaxing beach vacation. The rooms were clean and accommodating. The beach and water was clear. We hope to rent again if the fees don’t go higher. Owner was easy to reach for any questions we had during our stay.

I grew up over in Fairhope in the late 50s and now live 30 miles north of Atlanta. Went to school in Birmingham and now own a company selling German & English manufactured filtration and pumping systems worldwide.

My daughter, Candace works with us and she also does all the bookkeeping for the condos.

Why they chose this property

I bought both Royal Palms condo units 308 & 608 mainly because of the location. We have the best beach privacy in all of Gulf Shores. Just look on the map. The Gulf State Park beach right next door is a great draw for us. Most all guest take the half mile walk to the pier at night just to have the beach to themselves.
The condo has everything you need.
