Atlantic Ocean views are glorious at this home in southern Surf City! The oceanside deck space is partially covered to give you some shaded area and open area to enjoy the views and closeness of the beach! The comforts of home combined with the location just a few blocks down from the Kenneth D. Batts Family Park on the soundside and downtown Surf City's shops, restaurants, and pier, this home has much to recommend it!
