Directly on canal with fantastic views. One Bedroom on the main floor; Three bedrooms on the second level, including master. One and a half blocks to beach access. A second-floor extra seating area with a flat screen TV. Enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water, park grill. Covered porches with furniture, private canal facing covered porch with furniture off of master bedroom. Also available for off-season monthly rentals. No pets or smoking allowed. The common dock is NOT available for guest use.
