Ground level storage for beach chairs, coolers, beach toys, & double oceanfront covered balconies with furniture. Walkway to beach, seasonal pool access, grilling area, each unit has outside shower for rinsing off. Across the street from Oak Island Golf Club and Duffer's Bar and Grill. Walking distance to Beach Club. Available for off-season monthly rentals.
The OIBV pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the homeowner's association's recommendation.
Though pets are not allowed, dogs may be present during an owner stay for those guests who are allergic to pets.
