Oceanfront 2BR/2Bath Condo in Carolina Beach NC

Beautiful 1st floor Oceanfront condo centrally located in Carolina Beach. Enjoy Pleasure Island in this 2 bedroom 2 bath corner unit condo that sleeps 8. Master bedroom with a King bed and it's own full bath. 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and twin bunk-beds. Sleeper sofa also available in the beautifully decorated living room. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and all that you could need during your stay. Flat screen TVs in living room and both bedrooms, free wi-fi. Enjoy the beach or pool both only a few steps outside your front door. Or enjoy cocktails on the balcony out the back door. Linens are NOT included but if you would like to have linens provided please let me know and we can give you the contact info for a local provider. They will have them in the condo before check in and they will pick them up after you check out.

Clean condo, it was perfect for two adults and two toddlers! Excellent communication with owner Mark! He was very helpful throughout the entire process!! Condo is in a great location, close to boardwalk, shops and restaurants.Beach is beautiful and the walkway to the ocean is smooth and easy!

We had a really nice vacation at this property. It was a bit unclear what we needed to bring linen wise. I didn't think the lower level would matter much, but it would be nice to see the ocean. Grandbabies LOVED the pool! Would definitely book her again.

We love this condo complex. We've stayed in several of the 1st floor rooms, but this one is our favorite because of the end balcony. I personally love the dunes view balcony because of the added privacy. The location is great and the beach is never overcrowded. We definitely plan to return.

We had a wonderful time at "A Place at the Beach". The condo was just as described and Mark was easy to work with and quick to respond to any questions we had. We had everything we needed and the A/C worked great! A private parking space was a plus so you didn't have to look for one when you come back at night. We would definitely stay here again.

I have never been on vacation where check-in was this easy. The host was very responsive and helpful. My small family of 3 had more than enough room to relax and spread out in the evenings. We are major ocean people. The location of this condo cannot be beat. The walk to the ocean is short and easy. This is also a plus if you need to run back for something you forgot. This is one of those vacations that had me googling for local jobs and looking up properties for sale. A woman can dream! Overall- would stay again, and again!

Great Condo and perfect location

We have stayed here multiple times and love coming back. The condo is always clean, well equipped, and the hosts are amazing! The location is centrally located to anything we want to do while in Carolina Beach! Look forward to visiting again next year!

We stayed 4 nights, checking in on July 4th for the holiday weekend. Property was well kept and clean and the perfect location for beach access and evening activities. A Quick Retreat

We stayed @ "A Place @ The Beach" for a small beach getaway with my husband, son and myself. It was easy to check into and pretty close to everything! We had a wonderful time and would recommend it to anyone!!!
