Look no further! This modern and tastefully decorated Colorado Springs Corporate Rental is the perfect place to call home. You can't beat this ideal location for shopping, restaurants, and more! Just 10 minutes to Peterson AFB and 12 minutes to UC Health Memorial Hospital. Other military installations and hospitals are also super close!

There are 2 master bedrooms upstairs each with an en-suite bathroom! There is also a laundry room upstairs. The main level consists of a fully stocked kitchen for home-cooked meals with a small 2-person table to eat or work at. There is also room to sit at the bar top counter. The cozy living room has a sleeper sofa, gas fireplace, and Smart TV! Snuggle up to a good movie or just sit down and relax by the warm fireplace!

Head to the basement, "Man" Cave and enjoy a game of pool or kick back and relax. There is also an office in the basement if you must do some work!

-Winter months do bring the occasional snowfall in Colorado and the potential for icy road conditions, we advise guests to consider opting for a vehicle equipped with 4WD (Four-Wheel Drive) or AWD (All-Wheel Drive) for a safer and more secure travel accommodations.
-Please be aware, that there is NO mailbox access at this home. You will not be able to receive mail from USPS during your stay.

Great stay in Colorado Springs

This nice little townhouse is located just off of the main corridor of Powers Blvd. You are close to Peterson AFB as well as shops, theater and restaurants. The townhouse has most of what you require for a long term stay. It is managed by a rental company, so be sure to look at your email as they will communicate with you outside of the VRBO app. Our stay was pleasant and we enjoyed our stay
