Well suited for our local needs

This property was a super choice for us. We needed about 2 months of furnished rental in a pleasant neighborhood close to services and within driving distance of our new home construction. The owner communicated prior to our arrival and was very responsive to questions and needs during our stay. With a 30 night minimum stay, it's not a place aimed at the vacationer but works perfectly for those with work or relocation needs. Good wifi allowed us the connectivity needed to work. Nice family-oriented neighborhood for walking with access to level trails. Easy access to shopping, restaurants.

Very nice place to stay.

Very quiet & clean neighborhood. Parks & walking area's close to house. Close to shopping malls & restaurants. We stayed here 2 months. The owner is a super nice person. He answered all our questions & always texted back immediately. I would highly recommend stayiny here.

Why they chose this property

When I was stationed at The Air Force Academy, I wanted to live in a house in a perfect location. The home is not too far from anything you need in Colorado Springs and it is in an amazingly quiet neighborhood.

What makes this property unique

Ridgeview at Stetson Hills is a very quiet master community. The 5.3-mile, scenic Sand Creek Trail has an access point that is a 5-minute walk from the house. This trail is perfect for quiet walks or running. Jared Jensen Park is 0.2 miles from the home and Snowy River Park is 0.8 miles from the home.
