The home has been renovated top to bottom and offers top of the line furnishings, fixtures and appliances.  This is an incredible property to enjoy historic Crested Butte from.



Upon walking in, you will find the kitchen/dining/living area. The kitchen has top of the line appliances and every cooking item you will need to chef up a world class meal. The living space is right next to the kitchen so you can enjoy the conversation of your family and friends while you cook. A dining area that seats 6 is across from the kitchen with 3 bar stools to accommodate additional guests at the bar top. The living room has a gas fireplace to warm you up after a day playing in the area.  Off the living room is a powder bath. On this floor you will also find the primary bedroom with king bed and full bathroom with steam shower.  



On the 2nd floor you will find 3 bedrooms, one with a Queen bed and one with a King bed that share a full bathroom.  The 4th bedroom has 2 twin beds and a full bath with a tub/shower combo.  All bedrooms have ceiling fans in them and the house is also equipped with A/C.



In the basement you'll find a recreation room complete with a full sized pool table, television, and comfortable seating.



In the backyard, you'll get to enjoy your personal hot tub sized for 6-8 people and your own parking area that you access off the alley. Also in the backyard is a lovely patio complete with a table and seating for 4 and a gas grill.



Beautiful landscaping surrounds you at this historic home with all the finishes for a first class vacation!



Must be 25 years of age and older to rent this property. Children are always welcome with their parent or guardian.

Please note that our company does have a separate rental policy that will be emailed to you immediately after booking and this will need to be signed by you.  If you wish to see it prior to booking, just send us an email.



Guest Access:

Check-in instructions to include key codes will be sent to you 3 days prior to your arrival by email after 4 pm MST.



The Neighborhood:

In the historic part of Crested Butte this house is walkable to basically everything town has to offer. The business district starts a block away.



Getting Around:

Easy to walk town and walk to the base area shuttle. Car is not necessary.
