Take a look at the before pictures, and you won't believe your eyes. This cabin underwent a transformation like no other and is a great example of space planning! It comfortably accommodates 7 people and is loaded with some of the coolest features a vacation home can have. Combine that with the location right behind the 4-Way and Cozy's Cabin is one of the hippest addresses in town!

Stepping into Cozy's Cabin is a trip from the past to the future. Pulling up you will notice that the outside has been painstakingly preserved to appear just as it did when the early settlers came to Crested Butte. Inside is nothing short of amazing! Upon entering the home you are in the open living, kitchen, and dining area. Created so that the whole family is part of the action, this cabin is meant for fun. There's even a net to turn the dining area into a ping pong table for those late night family competitions!

The kitchen has been created for the gourmet chef in all of us. Outfitted with Carrerra marble countertops surrounding a La Cornue Fe stove and oven from France...this is a chef's dream getaway. Built into the custom cabinetry you will find a Sub-Zero fridge, Bosch dishwasher and Asko washer and dryer.

On the main level is also the master bedroom with queen bed. The master bath has a beautiful stainless and porcelain soaking tub that takes you back to yesteryear, (only the miners just wish they had anything like this!) Out back is a flagstone patio and large yard for the kids to play in. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms and a full bath. The first bedroom is designed with kids in mind. There are 3 built in twin beds (2 with trundles) and a flat panel TV for movie night. Across the hall is a room with two twin beds that can be converted to a king in the blink of an eye. The full bath on this level has dual vanities and a large shower with incredible views of Mt. Crested Butte.

With a nod to the past but firmly set in the future, Cozy's Cabin has everything your family needs to make those perfect Crested Butte memories!

There are two off-street parking spots right in front of the house and the town request that these be used before parking on town property or lots. Thanks!!

Great house!

The house was great for our family trip! It was clean and as advertised. The best part about it is the location. Each day we took the short walk down Elk into town. We will definitely stay again for future trips.

Love this house!

We really loved this house: from the nice beds, amazing tub, in-wall speakers, games, and books for our kiddos! We also loved walking to the main strip--our 3 year old even walked the whole way and back! Monica was really easy to communicate with and the house is everything it promised to be. We couldn't have been happier with our stay.

Wonderful Modern House Close to Town!

This house truly is adorable from the outside and incredibly modern and spacious on the inside. The queen bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. The kitchen is gorgeous with white marble and large awesome gas oven. The gas fireplace made our evenings incredibly cozy. We loved that we could connect our IPhone to the speaker system and play our music throughout the house. Fantastic location next to the Visitor Center and main street of town. We walked to dinner every night and loved it. We caught the bus to skiing at the Visitor Center each day which was easy and took no time at all. We will look forward to staying here again!

If you want to be in town, the location can't be beat. Clean, nice kitchen. Some issues

Well appointed. Open first floor, recently remodeled with clean modern feel. Probably, one of the nicer kitchens of any rental home in CB. We would definitely rent again. However, some things to note: 1) there is only one true shower in the house. The Master bath only has a tub; 2) the master bath also doubles as the powder room; 3) the bedrooms, other than the master, are only suitable for children; 4) the master bedroom does not have a closet and only a small dresser for clothes; and 5) it is not professionally managed. Trash can was buried in the snow and ice back of the side of the house. When I finally dislodged it, I realized that it was 2/3 full.

Thank you for your comments - I am sorry you had a problem with the trashcan. I have addressed that issue with both my snow removal man and my housekeeper. The second floor is set up with individual beds as that is what suits most renters, but we do have the ability to link the twin beds in the black and white room into a king size bed if that works better for a tenant. Inside is amazing but the outside has Issues

Overall the place is solid - the inside is really amazing and well appointed. The location is also nice. The main issue is the front of the house - what the pictures and description do not show is that the property borders a very busy parking lot with a dumpster right outside. The pictures intentionally hide this and make it look like its on a quaint quiet street; its not. There are people right in front of the property all day with their bikes, changing, cooking, dumping trash in the dumpster. If dumpsters and parking lots don't bother you then no big deal; as i mentioned the inside is really great and location is good; but for me and my family when we are paying at a relatively higher price point i'd at least like to know what i am signing up for; hence the real issue is the fact that this was never disclosed and clearly it should have been.

Hello Justen- I am sorry the location by the 4-way parking lot was such an issue for you. I have never had any complaints about the parking lot before. As you can tell from other reviews, people love the location for its proximity to the tennis courts, shopping, and the free bus to the mountain. The fact that there is no house or building to the west also ensures a great view of the sunset and mountains. None of the pictures on the site were altered. Our giant (for CB) back yard make it easy to take shots without the fence in them. I am glad you enjoyed the inside of the house, and still had a great time in CB. Monica

Spring break

We loved this property and will be back! The location is perfect for a quick ride on the free bus to the mountain, and a short walk up Elk to the stores and restaurants! The house’s restoration was done very well, and has the charm of an old home with the amenities of a new house. We loved the size for our family of 4, but it could have fit another family if needed. Monica was wonderful to work with and responded quickly to any concerns!

Wedding Base Camp

Beautiful home and amazing location

Monica's home was absolutely perfect for our family trip to Crested Butte, we could not be more happy with our stay here. The home is steps away from downtown CB, but still quiet at night and in the mornings. The home had everything we needed for cooking and grilling and we loved using the fire pit in the evenings. Monica was a great host and left all the information we needed for a seamless stay. We would 100% stay here again!

The perfect Crested Butte home

We were BLOWN away by how beautiful and convenient this house was. It was right on Elk Ave., walking distance to everything in town and easy to access hiking trails/shuttles. The house was perfect for our group and had the most breathtaking views of Mt. Crested Butte. Look no further for your stay than this house!

After renting in Crested Butte and walking by this empty cabin day after day, we were inspired to take on the challenge of the extensive remodel and bring it back to life!

The location near the 4-way makes getting up the hill skiing a breeze as you just hop on the free bus and get delivered to the base of the ski area. We also couldn't resist the mountain views out of every window!

The newly renovated public tennis courts right across the way add another great exercise opportunity in a town full of fun and adventure!
