About this property

Beautiful Tiny House Cottage - waterfall, jacuzzi and stunning farm views

Ever wanted to stay in a tiny house? How about one in a beautiful place near Georgia's pristine Lake Burton? We would love for you to be our guest. Nestled in Rabun County, GA this once outdated tiny cottage has been transformed into a small tiny gem. The tiny house includes a queen bed, 40” flat screen TV, mini fridge, microwave, k cup machine, bathroom with shower and a great front porch. Outside you will find 6 acres to roam, a two person hot tub, grill (charcoal), fire pit, and a small waterfall with a porch.

The tiny house is on our farm property and by the creek. It is conveniently located right off Highway 76 West and surrounded by Chattahoochee National Forest. Simplify and come see what nature has to offer. Note: this is a tiny house, not a presidential suite. The house is on site where we live as well as another rental. This site is located at the back and more private. The hot tub for this site is not shared with other guests. The waterfall porch is a shared area. Security cameras are present (capable of recording) and owners dogs are roaming on site.

When I say this place is a slice of paradise, I truly mean it. Are you in need of a relaxing, quiet, charming, and beautiful getaway? Then look no further than this exceptionally clean and well kept tiny home. Lake Burton and downtown Clayton are just down the street, and there is plenty of nature and shops to experience around every corner. The hosts are excellent and very responsive, they truly thought of everything when designing this lovely cabin. I would highly recommend this cabin to everyone! Very fun "glamping". Tiny house was tiny (as expected), but had most of the amenities needed. Most anything you didn't bring you can grab at the Farmhouse Store (and Grille) about a mile down the road.

My girlfriend and I wanted a nice, quiet getaway while we went to my son's wedding nearby in NC, and this was PERFECT. The property was natural, peaceful, and beautiful. The tiny house was exactly what we wanted - simple, clean, and quiet. We're already planning to come back for a longer stay, soon...
