Charming Condo Sleeps 8 - Ski Gunstock or Swim in Winnipesaukee

Book For Your Vacation!! This Cozy 2 Bedroom Condo is located 2/10ths of a mile from Weirs beach, with beach rights, SKI Gunstock for the winter it's only 10 miles away.. It is only a 3 minute walk to everything - Boardwalk, Arcades, etc. All major attractions are within a 5 minute drive , from Waterslides and boat launches to Funspot and shopping outlets. Drive 10 to 20 minutes for all summer lakes region attractions, or enjoy fall foliage, The Pool is right out your door. With the pool view from this end unit, and the office right downstairs we believe this is the nicest condo in the complex. Ski the winter, Boat and Beach the Summer, relax and enjoy the foliage. Everything is right outside your doorstep. ***PLEASE NOTE: SUMMER RENTALS are only available for a minimum of at least one full week rental from a Saturday to a Saturday. Beginning the end of June through September labor day.


Fall Foliage: Have you ever been in the lakes region for fall foliage? You will love it, The surroundings are beautiful, especially when you are overlooking the 5th largest lake in the US.

Skiing: Gunstock is only 10 minutes out your door, the snow is great, and the weather is not quite as cold as being way up north, although you can drive there as well. Great winter rental prices.

Please Note: From the first week of June through the end of labor day - September we do not do Daily, Weekend, or any rentals less than the full 7 day week - Saturday to Saturday. This is peak season and we are fully rented every summer so to just rent a partial week is not worth it for us. Thank you!

The pool was great. Our only real complaint was the stairs. We are not spring chickens so our knees and hips didn't appreciate the constant up and down stairs. Weirs Beach, though not far, is a hike up a steep hill. We enjoyed our stay.

The location of the property was great, just a few minutes to the pier and an easy drive to other towns that we visited. Condo was clean and the blueberry cake left for us was great.

Great getaway to Weirs awaits!

Looking for a great, reasonably priced stay in Weirs Beach/Laconia? Well, this is it. Close proximity to much of what the region has to offer, including but not limited to Gunstock, Weirs Beach, Kellerhaus, FunSpot, Laconia, Meredith, the railroad, etc. Close to community amenities like the pool. You can’t go wrong. Nice in-condo features as well. Highly recommended.

The Ideal R & R stop in Weirs.

Great place for family vacation

Condo is in great location, only about a 5 minute walk to boardwalk, condo had everything we needed including a/c which was well needed and plenty of space with kids. Nice big in-ground pool right outside our unit, with a nice patio with grills you can use. Our family had a great time and we will be returning in the future.

Very convenient location. Can walk to the Weirs beach and arcades.

My son, daughter and her boyfriend were with us and it was a very nice layout for 5 adults. Always nice to stay someplace that you can walk to a brewery with good food and also a convenient store. We all enjoyed the pool and all the people we met were very nice. We would recommend this property and probably will go back😎!

Right in the thick of Weir’s Beach with easy access to all the Lake region has to offer! Unit was great and had all the amenities needed. Next to the pool l, playground and outdoor cooking area for grilling. I would rent again in a heartbeat!

Loved the location and size of the condo. We had our 11 year old grandson with us,he loved the fact that he had a tv and his own bathroom. Was really nice to have a pool right out our door. Everything was close by which made it nice. Grandson loved it so much he wants to go back next year.

Christmas ski trip

The location was amazing. We went skiing at Gunstock and it was a close, quick trip from the condo. Although small, it was perfect for the 4 of us. The place was clean and the showers were hot! No issues at all.
