Great family home in the Springs, walk to Private Beach

The open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen area provide a great space for family and friends to gather. The primary bedroom has its own bathroom and the two guest bedrooms share a bathroom. The new living room furniture includes a sofa sleeper (queen bed), which provides a fourth sleeping area. Huge backyard with outdoor dining area. Air conditioners and TVs in each room (Dish Network for TVs and Optimum WiFi), bedrooms carpeted and wood floors in all common areas. Home is within walking distance to private Clearwater Beach. The bay beach has a lifeguard, a boat ramp, picnic/bar-b-que area and has amazing sunsets. There are a few farm stands walking distance from the home and the local market is only 5 minutes away. The town of East Hampton is a 10-minute drive with plenty of stores, restaurants, and a movie theatre. The ocean beaches are approximately a 15-minute drive and Montauk is about 25 minutes.

Great tucked away property !

The owner was wonderful, incredibly communicative, flexible and helpful! We were in town visiting family and this became our hub :) great clean floor space for our crawling 9 month old and plenty of room for us all to have dinner together! Comfortable beds! Nice hot water and great pressure! All the kitchen amenities we needed. We’ll be back! Thank you!

Nice home, great for small groups

The property was a nice home, perfect for groups of 6-8 people. The 2 minute access to the beach was a nice plus. The hosts were very responsive and great to communicate with. If you are looking for a beach house for a relaxing weekend this is a great option. Thanks for Karen and Marina for a great stay!

Quiet getaway

Great location close to Ocean beaches and towns, yet in the quiet springs section, with the bonus to use the private bay beach. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Roomy enough for 6 adults.

Nice spacious house on the Sound.

Large house, clean, well appointed, and in a very quiet neighborhood. The only downside of this property is that it's really far up in the East Hampton "Springs" which requires a short to medium length car ride to anything and everything in East Hampton or the other Hamlets. Very polite host with prompt communication and clear directions. Recommended, as long as you have a car and aren't reliant on Ubers or walking etc.

Weekend stay

Lovely quaint clean house. Perfect for a wonderful Hamptons weekend. Owner of property is extremely kind and very helpful. We enjoyed our stay here.
